Worst tire place ever!!!!! The only place that you go with small hole and you leave with bigger hole in your tire! And on top of it they are over priced!! I did not mind paying the extra given they can fix the tire as promised but that was just too much to ask for that place. Firestone misquoted me and tried to charge me 1,000$ and Midas gave me the same quote for half of that. Zene was completely helpful and honest through the entire process and I feel like he was using my inexperience with cars to my disadvantage. I sill be coming back to this shop anytime I need work done on my vehicle or my girlfriends vehicle. If i could rate it on a scale of 10. I would give them a 10/10. Definitely do not recommend. We went in for a brake diagnosis. They diagnosed the brakes and said that we needed brake pads and 2 rotors. And labor was $180, which came out to be about $476. Which is no problem. So we told Matt Miller that we were gonna go across the street to autozone to get brake pads and 2 rotors because they were cheaper, and Midas didn't currently have the cheaper ones in in stock. So we go to autozone and tell them what we want, autozone calls Midas just to make sure that the rotors are a good fit, they said YES. Midas also has an account with auto-zone, which means it's the same damn parts!! So, we get back to Midas and Matt Miller has already put on THEIR 2 rotors when we asked him NOT TO. His excuse was "we didn't agree on that" or "that's not what you said" LIAR!!! Yeah we didn't "agree on that" because we specifically told you NOT to put those on because we were gonna go across the street to autozone. So this was his way of charging us about an extra $120!! We did not want to cause a scene so we just paid the freaking money and left. But this problem is definitely gonna be escalated to higher up. You just don't do that to people! You wouldn't want anyone doing that to you Matt Miller. It's not about the money, it's the principle of disrespect!! read more

I called in the morning and was told they would be able to finish by the end of the day. I then brought my car in at 11:30. Told him about the issues and was told they'd call when they found them out but it would be done by the end of the day. I call again at 2 to ask again if it would be done by the end of the day today and they told me they hadn't gotten to it but it would be done. Finally received a call at 3 stating the issues and again was told that it would in fact be done today. It is now 4 and i am told he isn't going to be able to finish the job today. Wasted my whole day off when i could have taken it somewhere else and had the work finished. Now I am left with a car i cannot drive over the weekend until i can take it somewhere different monday. read more

I had my front rotors replaced at Midas in December 2015. Cut to October 2016 - I went back because my car was shaking when I apply my brakes. I brought in my receipt from December so they could see exactly what they had worked on less than a year ago knowing that rotors shouldn't need to be replaced again so quickly. After they took my car apart, they told me it wasn't my rotors this time - my brake pads were "too hard" for my brakes to grip and they quoted me over $400 to change my brake pads, resurface the rotors and flush the system. I took my car to a family friend who is a mechanic for him to do the work instead. He informed me that my brake pads were perfect and didn't need to be replaced - they had at least 60% wear left in them. He then showed me one of the rotors that Midas replaced 10 months earlier and said it was warped from the start. He showed me the lines that the machine makes when cutting the rotor as proof that the brake pad has never touched that part of the rotor - if it had, the lines would've been worn smooth like it had done on the rest of the rotor. He replaced the two rotors, put back on the old brake pads and my car is driving perfectly. All this is to say - Midas quoted be $400 for work that didn't need to be done, possibly to cover the fact that they put a faulty piece on my car in Dec 2015. So they either were 1) being dishonest about what work I needed or 2) they were uneducated about what work needed to be done. Either way, I expect more from a business that I would have to give hundreds of dollars to and I won't be going back. I hope others have better experiences at Midas but I no longer trust their car expertise nor their integrity from this situation. read more

Looking for a shop that you can trust? This is the place. I've been a customer here for years, primarily for standard maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.). I moved a little ways away and decided to go to a local Firestone for an oil change. They told me that I needed a laundry list of repairs, but didn't show me anything to prove these repairs were necessary. I brought my car in to this Midas for a second look, even though it was out of the way, and they showed me that many of these repairs were not even necessary. Only one repair was needed, and Midas charged me $100 less than the Firestone quoted me. Although it's out of the way, I'm not making the mistake of going to another shop again. read more

They do good work from what I can see, but the prices can change on you depending on who you work with. i had a quote for 140$ given over the phone to install some brakes and pads that I provided. Another worker tried to charge me more later on to do it. Ended up going somewhere else to have the work done. They have always taken care of me in the past but as of recently I just sense a lack of care and poor communication from this midas which is a shame. read more

I don't put a lot of miles on my wrangler but every 5000 miles I take it to Midas for an oil change and tire rotation. The guys are always polite and professional. The don't put any pressure on selling me stuff I don't need. My tire pressure sensor light went off on the way home. I would guess they missed checking the tire pressure on the spare when they put it back into rotation. I'll continue to give them my business but will always make sure to mention to check that in the future. read more

oday i went to Misdas to change my engine oil , i surprised that the gentleman in the reception speaking with me not gently at all because the estimate some thing and i didn't fix because the cost was so expensive they change the oil and checked that car out, during my way back to home , my care voice became like sport car specially when start speeding, after couple of miles i stopped , i open the engine hood i surprised that the attendant forgot to put oil cap back on after putting in engine oil, i went back to them the same man met me outside the workshop he didn't check the car in to make sure that nothing wrong happened to the engine, he just checked the oil level and he ask me to wash the engine when i refused he came with me to the car wash !!!!! read more

First of all, I'm going to start off by saying that you can screw me over but don't screw over an 85 year old who happens to be my grandfather. These people tried to suck him of every penny he could give and gave the worst possible job that I've seen. They made us pay almost 700 dollars for a front brake replacement, which would kind of make sense if they were going to completely give me new rotors and brake pads. They rigged the rotors and resurfaced them but did not specify this. I went down to Jiffy Lube and they only charged me 300 dollars AND completely replaced my rotors. This location of Midas, I trust them with my car. It's not to many repair shops that you can go to and not get ripped off but the guys in this shop are very trust worthy, hard working and helpful. They will let you know what is going on with your vehicle and what work that will be done to your vehicle. They are very friendly and they make you feel at home when you walk in. You are greeted when you walk in the door and they get to your vehicle as soon as possible. This is the best experience I have ever had in any repair shop. Wow! I can't believe the good reviews for these people! Let me tell you MY experience with them.....I went in for an oil change. They tell me my brakes are bad, and can fix it for a certain price, and maybe discount a little if I want them to take care of it. Well, I went to FIRESTONE on Harwood in Bedford for a second opinion fortunately. They looked it over 2 times in the past 6 months, and basically said...MY BRAKES ARE FINE! Unless you have a fault code, I would not use them. Went in with obvious noise under car - they heard it but gave BS that I needed new tires....my tires are not yet a YEAR old!!! Midas guys tells me that the car needs to be driven that is why I am getting the loud noise!!! WHAT!!!! Then charged me $61.00 to put air in the tires....said I was lucky to get that because they normally charge $115.00 -not a soul was in the shop the whole time I was there Took it to Toyota and they found problem..drive shaft ujoints damaged. read more

Great service. I needed brakes done that day. They had a complete brake job done in two hours. Really pleased.

I would strongly recommend you not bring your car here unless you want to throw away money having a lot of random things repaired and still not have the issue fixed. The first time I took it in I decided to decline one of the recommended repairs due to financial constraints. After taking it back the next week they gave me a long laundry list of other recommended repairs and did not even mention the previous recommendation of having the bearings repaired. Long story short, I ended up taking it to another repair shop to have the actual work done that it needed and finally get it repaired. To make it worse, they "cleaned my engine due to a leak they had fixed". Well, in the process, my coil and all the spark plugs had been sitting in a puddle of water which ultimately resulted in hundreds of more dollars spent to replace the coil. If you need your car repaired...keep on driving PAST this place!!! read more
