Why this was an issue for me is CBA is not open on the weekends, so not knowing if u would have a car less than 1 hour before closing on Friday (6PM) was concerning. - The parking lot is TIGHT and it was hard to turn around to find an available spot due to how the lot is configured. Would I return? - 100% yes. Now I know how CBA works, I can better set my personal expectations that I will not have a car for the entire day after drop off (I dropped off at 9AM). I was told that my car must have needed extra oil and I must have been really low. I stated that's odd that no one came and told me that and I didn't authorize that either.Then, an hour later I received the itemized invoice via email. I was charged for three extra items totaling an extra $34.07. When I called the shop they said they would give me store credit on my next visit. I declined and said I wanted to be refunded on the card I paid for the extra services. I still have not been refunded and will be calling back and visiting the store ( almost two weeks later). This type of service is dishonest and scamming customers. I do not trust this shop to service my vehicles anymore. While I was waiting in the lobby the receptionist was also listening to explicit social media videos on his phone. This was uncomfortable and unsettling. Jiffy Lube left the washer off the oil drain plug, then over-torqued it to make it not leak since the washer was missing! They also didn't bother opening the oil canister drain and replacing that O-ring like they were supposed to (WTH, the small o-ring COMES with the new filter -- guess they just threw it away?). Then adding insult to injury, they didn't bother resetting the maintenance interval. I ended up changing the oil with only 2000 miles because the oil change maintenance message came on. After I had changed the oil I pulled the sticker Jiffy Lube puts on the window and happened to look at it. Come on, resetting oil maintenance on vehicles with a maintenance computer is a STANDARD PART of an oil change! It's even called out in the maintenance manual. But hey, if they can't put on a drain plug washer -- and somehow think torquing down way beyond specs is OK...how could I expect them to do something simple like resetting computer? Go somewhere else.

They also quoted a wheel alignment "needing to be done" afterward. Price was a bit high and alignment not necessary. They were the only shop I got a quote from that pushed for the alignment. Car drives straight as it is. I ended up doing the job myself and saving $700+ and only .5 hr over the 2hr shop time allotted to fix. Youtube for the win.
