BEWARE of this company. Unfortunately LG choose this company to handle their warranty. I have a dead pixels and tech come out, he cant even find it on the screen. I have to point it out to him, he ordered the panel and then reported to LG the dead pixels is not viewable from a distance (let me know if anyone can see a dead pixels from 10+ feet away). LG denied the claim, better get a third party warranty if you are buying LG.

Power supply swap; original was making unusual noise.

LG warranty authorized repair: diagnosed, ordered and replaced part. Every part of the experience was excellent. Thank you!

OLED with a new screen. Goodbye screen burn.

After contacting LG about my OLED tv with a screen burn issue they referred my case to Mid Valley TV. A new screen was ordered and within a week the screen came in and a repair appointment was scheduled. Eddie called me twenty minutes before his arrival and was very helpful in assisting me to take down the tv from the wall. Quickly, he got the back removed from the tv and realized that a retrofit cable was not packaged with the new screen. This was needed due to a design change. He got the cover back on and we hung it back on the wall. A new appointment was made and in two business days I had Luis at my door. He was just as helpful. I was so amazed how efficient he was at changing the screen. It's like watching a brand new tv all over again. Just a great company to deal with.

My LG TV had a burn in problem. LG went ahead and sent two guys over to fix it. My apartment was very tiny. They patiently worked around my small space for such a huge TV. I thought the proportion for the TV and my tiny apartment was ridiculous, but I'm glad it worked out okay. I highly recommend this business to fix your TV. Please reach out to them. They're awesome. :-)

He successfully fixed both of mine, and thanks to his expertise, I was able to retrieve years of archived music. I highly recommend him--he's not only skilled, but also honest and fair.

We got a VHS/DVD combo from my husband's grandmother who passed away and after testing it we…read morerealized it's not powering. We wanted to fix it. Who used a VCR nowadays? Well, us, for work related transfers and as cinefile-s (some movies - and they're rare were never released passed the VHS era). I started to look into Electronic Repair stores in the area and there aren't many left. Not surprised, but it's LA, so luckily, there are a few left in business, like FET Electronics. I read the Yelp reviews, it was encouraging and bookmarked it! Fast forward 3 months later, we had another issue with a similar Panasonic model that we own, so we decided to give the place a shot. My husband called over, talked to Mark, the owner and felt reassured after their conversation because he identified the issues just over the phone. We stopped by one day and dropped them and met Mark, who is very nice, knowledgeable, a real professional. Not many like him left behind! Too bad that is a profession that is going away. You don't always feel like throwing out equipment that has an issue and get a new one, not always that easy for your set up. Everyone has their reasons! The place is in Burbank, on Burbank Blvd. (close to the Hollywood Way intersection), we found street parking in front. The store might seem small, but it goes all the way back! It's a geek electronics paradise, lots of audio equipment around. Mark also did work for major musicians like Van Halen among many others - check his photo gallery on the wall! Famed clients! We left the VCR-s, called in about 2 weeks and he fixed them, he was testing them to make sure! After a few days we picked them up, he checked them for us, and he gives you a 3 months warranty which is great. If you're in a rush, this might not work out since Mark is busy, but if you're patient, he will get it fixed in a few weeks. It's not cheap, but he gets high quality parts and it makes sense for the repair to last. If you have an old piece of equipment that needs to be fixed, Mark is the guy. Hurry in before he retires! He is very nice, kind, nice to chat with, reassuring, calm, and very, very knowledgeable, you will trust him on the spot. Closed in the weekend! Great experience, great place, hope it will be around for a while. It helped our situation and the location is great! Nice to get great service at a local small business in the area!
