Even though I had measured, they did not fit when I tried to attach them. I headed into Hye Lighting and Victor immediately attended to me and fixed the crystals. I later found another missing crystal I had missed and went back to Hye again. Victor and his assistant searched high and low for the one last missing Swarovski crystal and sure enough they found one in their stash the exact size. Victor was a lifesaver and the fact that this store has so many supplies on hand to fix anything really makes them a hidden gem. Just when I thought me and the Internet could do it all, this amazing little shop proves nothing beats a brick and mortar store with owners that have extensive knowledge, inventory, and good old-fashioned service. Please support the stores we can still walk in because if we don't, getting help without losing money on Internet purchases will be a thing of the past. I could not return the crystal parts I had bought online, so I donated them to Victor. I highly recommend Hye for lighting purchases and repairs. On another note, some lights I had on columns faded years ago. Even back then, they took every light and spray painted them black. 10 years later and my column lights have never faded. Hye lighting is a much needed local store that goes above and beyond time and time again.

He took my order and told me 3 weeks but then he got some extra of the same model from the manufacturer and he was kind enough to call and let me know. Saved 2 Weeks ! So let me get this straight: instead of checking the return eligibility first, they had me do all the labor, then denied it once everything was already offloaded. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers' time and effort. If there are strict return policies, why not communicate that BEFORE making someone unload a full load of material? To make it worse, after putting me through all that, they expected me to load everything back up myself again. No accountability, no attempt to make it right, no basic customer service. I would not recommend doing business here unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like your effort doesn't matter.
