We were faced with a $1500+ repair job because it should have required that the affected section of pipe be dug up and cut open to remove the obstruction. We called the office to inquire about financing but the owner Doug said that he would swing by to see if he could reach the obstruction. Sure thing he found a second access point and literally reached in and pulled the broken piece out of the pipe. Amazing! Kevin could have just left and we would be calling them again soon to clear the line again rather than take the time to find out what was wrong. We had an excellent experience with these guys and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a quality plumber.
