The office made the transition easy and he was prepared before my first visit, I feel no visit has been repetitive. I have not moved as quickly as I would like on my end to reach my health goals and he reminds me I am making progress and still young. Very professional and not judgmental or pushy. Been happy with the staff as a whole as well especially with the online visits. Thanks Bedford Family Medicine!

Just very flippant and rude

You violated every rule of HIPAA, and that is unacceptable. You were speaking to a patient's loved one, and based on your tone, they were really upset. Please use better judgment.

I had complete confidence in each health care provider and would still be their patient if it wasn't for one retiring, one passing away and now my current Doctor, Smitha Pati leaving to branch off on her own. She has been a Doctor I could talk to and felt she actually listens as a medical professional and as a woman. I would recommend her to anyone asking about a general practitioner. I will miss her and the trust I have in her. Where ever her next chapter starts, her patients will be lucky to have her.

I don't if he's also lazy but you have to ask him to listen to your chest and take a look in your ear, nose and throat, while you have upper respiratory infection symptoms?? He is not a good listener either, he sent wrong prescription to pharmacy and also ordered wrong labs not what we discussed. I think its time for him to retire. Btw his front office never answer the phone, very hard to make appointments. The front desk staff is unpleasant and rude. I have switched to different PCP. I think most Pakistani people come to him because of the language but honestly with his absent mindedness he probably does more harm than good.

When I arrived, Lindsay at front desk said I would have to reschedule because I needed to fill out eight pages of paperwork and they couldn't wait for me to do that. (It was 1:04 pm). She told me they could reschedule for NEXT WEEK. I explained I was in such pain, I would gladly wait in hopes doctor could squeeze me in (waiting room was empty). But Lindsay said she couldn't allow that. I showed her the text message which had no mention of arriving at 1230 to do paperwork (why didn't they make my appointment say 1230 then, not 1 pm?) I think Lindsay was being arbitrary and unsympathetic. She needs to realize she is the face of this office and her uncaring attitude taints the entire clinic's perception. No, I won't be rescheduling with this place.

Waiting room was ample in size and had more then sufficient seating. One television played a television show at an appropriate volume with subtitles. There was a water cooler and cups provided. Hearing them chit chat with other patients, in the hall, while I waited provided a sense of comfort in time that can be riddled with anxiety. There was a small delay in seeing the doctor, however, I appropriate a doctor that gives her time to her patients. I may be the patient in the need of extra care some day. Dr. Kreider was very genuine in her concern for my health. She was very thorough and I appreciate her approach to asking me questions. She offered a feeling of comfort I have not found in many doctors. Directions where given clearly and there was genuine conversation about my health concerns. For these things I go to a stand-alone clinic like Care Now. She's too hard to get in to see for something that requires immediate attention, but she's great if you have a chronic condition or as I said a life issue. She is fanatical about being on time. She sees you on time and expects you to be on time. This is most rare in a physician. As I said, she's all business and does NOT have a warm-fuzzy bedside manner, but I'd rather have someone like that who knows her stuff and isn't afraid to follow-through on things, and get to the bottom of an issue. Their office is next door to the hospital and convenient for tests, etc. It's part of a very large group practice with offices all over north Texas.
