My appointment was not until October 10th yet despite having seen them July 11th and today being 8/27 the staff still insisted on waiting. When confronted about this and mentioning leaving for another practice instead of apologizing and trying to make it right they just canceled my October appointment. This office used to be great when it was Bedford Family Medicine but since the change to Evershine I cannot recommend this practice anymore.

I wasn't given any preparation instructions beforehand, so I couldn't complete the full blood panel I needed. Only afterward did I learn that I'd have to schedule multiple additional appointments just to get my prescription refilled, something that was never mentioned up front. Throughout this process, my personal information was entered wrong multiple times, and my appointments were scheduled incorrectly. Each time I called for clarification, I was given vague or conflicting answers. During my most recent call to confirm a follow-up, staff still had my date of birth and reason for visit wrong and couldn't clearly explain what would happen at the appointment. If this is how new patients are treated, it raises serious concerns about how existing patients' information and care are being handled. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this office to look elsewhere until they address these issues.

Waiting room was ample in size and had more then sufficient seating. One television played a television show at an appropriate volume with subtitles. There was a water cooler and cups provided. Her staff was professional and kind hearted; each taking time to have a conversation. Hearing them chit chat with other patients, in the hall, while I waited provided a sense of comfort in time that can be riddled with anxiety. There was a small delay in seeing the doctor, however, I appropriate a doctor that gives her time to her patients. I may be the patient in the need of extra care some day. Dr. Kreider was very genuine in her concern for my health. She was very thorough and I appreciate her approach to asking me questions. She offered a feeling of comfort I have not found in many doctors. Directions where given clearly and there was genuine conversation about my health concerns. Though most people don't look forward to going back to the doctor, I am looking forward to go to here when I do need help.

Dr. Kreider is not exactly a warm-fuzzy physician, but she is extremely thorough. She is an…read moreInternal Medicine specialist and pays particular attention to life issues: blood pressure, heart, lungs, cholesterol, weight, etc. She's not necessarily the person to see when you have a sinus infection, upper respiratory infection, the flu, or a simple rash. For these things I go to a stand-alone clinic like Care Now. She's too hard to get in to see for something that requires immediate attention, but she's great if you have a chronic condition or as I said a life issue. She is fanatical about being on time. She sees you on time and expects you to be on time. This is most rare in a physician. As I said, she's all business and does NOT have a warm-fuzzy bedside manner, but I'd rather have someone like that who knows her stuff and isn't afraid to follow-through on things, and get to the bottom of an issue. Their office is next door to the hospital and convenient for tests, etc. It's part of a very large group practice with offices all over north Texas. I've used her for about 10 years and have no complaints. I recommend her if you're looking for a serious physician.
