If you want your pain to be out of control and the nurses to keep you up all night and then ignore you all day. I had a hose backing up into my stomach and nose for the past two days. None new how to fix it. I've had an alarm going off for 9ver 2 hours and no one will come turn it off. I haven't seen a doctor since my surgery Monday morning. My pain medicine isn't working and would like them to give me something else, they say they sent a message but have not heard back. So if you want this kind of care this is your place. I will never come here again and will never bring another family member here. I just had to get this off my chest and warn others. This is tower 3

I slept on this "bed" but I would not recommend it for those with back problems- VERY, VERY Hard on the back. The RN's were so attentive and seemed to be very experienced and knowledgable, especially a male RN named Lenny in Tower 1 Orthopedic section! He was very much in demand as all the other nurses and staff were asking him for help or his opinion on things. This hospital food is fairly tasteless because maybe because IT has to be s be plain for restricted diets etc. Overall a very well run hospital!

Excellent Physician…read more When my family first moved to Grapevine in 2016, we sought a family doctor for the usual minor stuff. I searched the Internet, but it's so tough to really know how "good" a doctor is. I was looking for someone who took our insurance, was a good listener and allowed me to participate in my own medical care. For whatever reason, Hogan Medical for Your Family stuck out to me, and I also liked that they had two doctors and a Physician's Assistant (P.A.) on their staff. I called and made an appointment with the first available physician, which was Dr. Ashley Fagan. I was pleased we got the female doctor because two members of my family preferred woman doctors. The practice is now called Texas Health Family Care, but the excellent care is the same. From the front desk until check-out, I was greeted with friendly faces and helpful staff. Dr. Fagan was a pleasant surprise. I think we spent close to 45 minutes talking about my health, and then a plethora of other topics that we are passionate about. By the end of that first appointment, I knew that she was our new PCP. She asked loads of questions about my issues, gave me several recommendations for treatment and then listed to my concerns and preferences. She has no problem calling in refills when necessary and sometimes will say, "Since we've already talked about this, if medicine X doesn't work, just call me and I'll send in medicine Y," instead of making me come back in. She is mindful of my time, and if she has a crowded schedule, she will always say, "I'm enjoying our visit but I have to go," instead of coming in, halfway listening to me and then running out. Depending on how many other people are there, I can usually be seen within 5-10 minutes of coming in. I have waited longer than that, but that's because there are many other people there and I know that Dr. Fagan gives her complete attention to whomever she's talking to. The office is tastefully decorated, with a TV (usually showing the Home and Garden channel) and there's a Keurig coffee maker available for coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. The main nurse I've seen is Marilyn, a young lady with long, dark hair. I have never seen her look or act sour. She always seems concerned and has the patience to to speak with folks that have memory problems or just can't remember something. She handles triage (temperature, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and weight measurements) before the doctor comes in and writes up a quick summary of a patient's complaints so you don't have to repeat yourself to several different people. They also use MyChart, an Internet website that allows you to view test results, request refills and make appointments and payments.

I have always had excellent care at the office in Grapevine. Very caring staff and I have never…read morefelt rushed.

I am trying to be a grown person, doing grown people things, so I finally decided to find a doctor…read more And not because I was dying or broken, but to establish a history and find someone who will care about things like my potassium levels. I didn't even know I had a potassium level. I decided on this location purely because it is close to where I live and I am trying not to give myself excuses to bail. I swear I am not afraid of doctors. I found Dr. Robinson on my insurance website. I could book my appointment, fill out my paperwork before I came in, everything was easy peasy. I didn't have to wait long before I was taken back and everyone was very friendly. It wasn't long before Dr. Robinson came in and sat down for a chat. I was shocked. She wanted to go over all my history. Like, all of it. She checked all my vitals and did her doctorly things. I don't know that I have ever spent that much time with a doc, or I should say I don't know that a doctor has every spent that much time with ME. I even agreed to a tetanus shot, and got a sucker. Because I'm brave. I didn't know I was going to be giving up blood and had had a coffee, so I had to come back two days later to give it up. The nurse I had seen previously saw me waiting and stopped by to say hello. All in all it was a lovely experience and I promise I will come back.

If you're looking for negligence.. laziness.. no communication.. this is the place. Start with Hunt…read moreas the pediatrician. They weren't giving vaccines at their wellness appts. I was told they were up to date every appt. I have no clue how they could let this happen. I have 4 kids. We have never missed an annual checkup. Have been going to the pediatrician here for 15 years. Started with Benzick and the last few was with Hunt. Between Benzick and Hunt we moved out of state. The pediatrician out of state was amazing with letting us know which vaccines our kids needed. For some reason they had a hard time getting a hold of this office (SFM) to get their records. They pushed for months and finally got them. THEY got them. When we moved back to go to Hunt I noticed they never had any vaccines due. I figured they knew more than me and I trusted their process. I'd ask when they'd call to confirm the appts if any of the kids had vaccines so I could prepare them and every time "nope none this time!" The only one they said was due was my 14-15yo but never the littles. The schools started giving us a hard time saying the kids weren't up to date. So I argued with them like an idiot saying my kids are absolutely up to date. Turns out nope. This office never gave them their vaccines. When we tried calling them to let them know and ask why.. crickets. This office ghosted us. Not one call back from someone who could explain this and we called a lot. My kids could have gotten serious diseases because of the negligence at this office. They never once told us they needed any, they just never kept up with it at all! Every single time I called I asked who had what due and they'd always say they're good. I thought it was strange but trusted the doctor would know and would let us know when they had more coming up. Benzick was good but Hunt's team and records people need to be retrained. How do you go about doing a whole wellness exam and skip the part that keeps them safe? I feel like I put too much trust in this place and shouldn't have. I should have asked Google or ChatGPT which vaccines were due for a 3, 4, 5 etc y/o before their appointments and what to expect so I can do their job for them and walk them through the whole exam. Thank god for school nurses, of all people, who caught this. They educated us more about our kids' missing vaccines than this Dr office ever did!
