So I decided to wait, and wait and wait. 20 minutes went by and the 2 employees didn't even acknowledge I had been waiting a very long time. I don't know how long the 2 other customers had been there before me but could tell they were getting frustrated. The phone rang, so the employee stars chatting with the person on the phone and not dealing with the customers in the store. Finally one of the other customers leaves and unbelievably the employee goes in the other room! I got up and left! Terrible service

Even though I was still kinda confused and asked a lot of questions he was very kind and patient. He arrived at my house he immediately got to work and worked through out the entire day. At certain points he explained what he was doing and additionally he pointed out somethings the past people did incorrectly. This is the man you want to do your work. He is thorough, and the work he did looks clean and most importantly he is honest. He is honest and upfront about the costs. He gave me a few options to get the jobs done( most expensive to least expensive) and articulated all of my options very clear. I will absolutely use his services again. Items he repairs were: install of ring camera, diagnostic of light switch issue. Mounting of tv. Install or direct line for outlets, and installed of 3 outlets. Install of temperature thermometer. I would add if you want outlets specify the color you want. I planned on getting f more work done with this company.

The first thing of note was how good Patrick's quote was when he sent it to me. His pricing was fair, and his detail and thorough approach to making a proposal were top notch. Everything was in it...including diagrams and photos. He does a complete breakdown of labor and hardware costs so you can tell what you are getting for your money. If, like me, you are providing the cameras or NVR, he helps you understand where your part ends and his begins. He also was very quick to get back to me and keep in contact as I was making my decision between him an other vendors. In the end, obviously I went with Patrick...and his price was not the lowest in fact. His professionalism was what tilted me in his direction. We made a few adjustments to the proposal so by the time he came in, there were almost no details left to work out. That is always a good sign. I'm very glad I made that decision. Hey and Indy did a great job taking care of our home as they worked. The camera's went up and they look as they they were originally a part of the house design. The doorbell also looks original. It's sad their employees have to follow forced scripts and transfer customers like they do. I had a similar experience earlier when I needed to move the equipment and found out for the 1st time I had actually purchased equipment and committed to 36 months. In spite of what they told me two months before upon an inquiry I made. Instead they continued to debit my account. There is no way to stop it from your bank. Be aware of the scam and of their lies. When I cancelled with a form that I have to fill out, there was no acknowledgement. They still debited my bank account. They argued that there was a 3 days cancellation policy; this 3 months after my 3 year contract has ended. I have to yell for them to promise a refund for only 1 month. I am holding my breath. If this goes on, I will take them to court.

Was looking for someone to move a cable outlet, do some installations of some new cable boxes and help my parents learn to use their new home theater entertainment center and multifunction remote. Muss, the owner, responded back to the email I sent him within a few hours. This was sent late Thursday afternoon. He was available to come to their home and complete the work on Saturday late afternoon. What he found, when he completed some of that work was old, antiquated wiring that couldn't support the new HD cable boxes. Also found 5 splitters and a crappy job likely done by the cable company. Everything he encountered he was able to resolve. Unfortunately not everything could be completed on Saturday, but he made arrangements with them to return on Sunday morning to finish the job. He made it look easy and is incredibly reasonable. Though I no longer live in that area, I will refer him every chance I get and I highly recommend using him for these and other IT, telecommunications, networking, etc... work.

Its a ridiculous to say we failed our recent inspection. I was told the fire marshal was informed BY YOU to inspect us. I have no reason to doubt that. Now that's great service! Of course, we had already contracted with a CUSTOMER SERVICE based firm which has been a great pleasure to deal with, so there were no transition issues. We were out of compliance because of your non service! I now have a contact person who actually helps. I learned it was a big mistake to go with a cheap firm. you get what you pay for, of course in this case I didn't even get that. The only calls I got where to pay for a non working service, which I had reported the previous year. I had paid the last year with the promise the service would improve. It did not. ZERO monitoring calls, even when the alarm was going off. Funny how I never got a call when the alarm went off, yet no problem when they ask for money. I really wished you had taken an interest in the account before I had to write a public review. I am just thankful no one was killed or property lost due to the non service. If you are still having trouble contacting me (if you ever tried) feel free to respond on this post and tell me if you want me to contact you. While this may be your main business, it is a sacrifice of my spend time on these type of forums. Regardless, I wish you the best, but can't recommend your service.
