I came here with a friend to get a pickup order. The area is a bit sketchy at night. The store was set up, easy to follow. It did take a while for someone to wait on us as they didn't have enough staff. My friend got a refurbished SSD. When we got home, we found that somebody had corrupted the SSD. It was basically bricked so you couldn't edit/add/delete anything. What was supposed to be 2TB was instead like 700MB of uneditable content. Microcenter accepts returns but I thought that they had a process of "refurbishing" before reselling and it seems somebody missed something here. The refurb was like $110 or something. They do accept returns but this location is not close to me so it's a bit of a pain to have to drive back to return the junk SSD.

I love Micro Centers in general. They have knowledgable staff members, huge selection, and prices that can't be beat. All that stuff is true about this Micro Center too, but my problem is more with their service center. First off, they seem seriously understaffed. They told me I'd get my computer back in 3-5 days, and after I contacted them on the 5th day, they told me the technician who was supposed to work on my computer had been out for the last 3 days... I had to drive 35mins to the store to find that out by the way. Second, when they finally did diagnose and fix the computer, the missed something SUPER basic. They didn't even test to see if both of my SSDs were working on the new motherboard they installed. It turned out to be a BIOS update, but the fact that they didn't check the SSDs or update the BIOS is kind of unacceptable. Third... After all that hassle and nonsense, I needed to take my PC back home. Unfortunately, in Atlanta, it rains... Like... A LOT. So, naturally, it was raining the evening I came by to pick up the computer. I asked if they had anything to protect my computer while I took it out to my car in the pouring rain. The best thing they could offer me was the cheapest trash bag I've ever seen... and as you can see in the photos, it didn't even really fit over the PC case. Did they end up fixing my computer? Yes. That's the only reason I didn't give this store a 1 star.

I had a fantastic time updating my computer's architecture from the Am4 to the AM5. Valerie helped me find the bundle I wanted with an AMD 9 9900x and reminded me of the fact I had overlooked buying a psu. My computer straight up would have taken another day or so to assemble without her help and I even received her contact information should I need any help.

I really like Micro Center, the store has good deals and prices on their merchandise in comparison to other electronic stores and the service is actually good...when you are able to get help. No one will approach you asking if you need help with something, at least that hasn't happened to me the multiple times I have been there. It's fairly easy to find what you are looking for as the aisles have descriptions over them. I enjoy this place and when I am in need of certain items and happen to be around an area that has a Micro Center, i definitely stop by and would recommend to others. I have gotten multiple things like wireless headphones, home alert devices, electronic storage, tripod etc.

It was such a bummer because I had just wrote a letter to my daughter that I wanted her to read someday about our hospital experience. So, I ended up looking for an IT repair shop using the Yelp Projects app and heard from Dustin at Click IT in Marietta. I got several estimates but Dustin's note stood out to me. The cost for diagnosis seemed reasonable, and it was a very small price to pay to have the laptop looked at to see if data recovery could be performed and the laptop repaired. He was very responsive to my inquiry and questions. I was very anxious but decided to give it a whirl. Over the next several weeks, the laptop underwent repair, troubleshooting, and testing to see if it was recoverable. Data recovery could only be performed by a third party vendor which was separate to the laptop repair. Then, the laptop power source failed and the battery conked out too. I starting losing hope that the laptop could be repaired. It survived graduate school at Kennesaw State and many years of productivity for both work, school, and personal usage. Dustin, Amelia, and even Tony stepped in the job and pulled off what appeared to be a miracle by methodically replacing parts of the latop and giving it new life with a 1TB hard drive and brand new power supply. These laptops are not easy to fix, so well worth the money and time spent to bring it back to life. The service, overall value, and care I received is certainly there with Click IT Marietta. I would most certainly recommend giving Dustin and his team a shot at your business if you are experiencing computer issues. I am proud to say the letter I wrote for my Tallulah was recovered along with many other important professional documents. I can't thank them enough as the laptop will be put to use as I look for a new job in the Atlanta metro area.

Had three (3) antique laptops that had been in a closet for many years, prior to recycling the…read morelaptops I pulled the hard drives and tried a USB adapter - no luck. Cherry Data offered a free analysis to determine if they could read/recover any old photos, documents on the drives. A few days later I received the first of many updates to note they could recover the drives. I dropped off a new in-package (unopened) HD for the destination drive. No unexpected charges or fees and I received updates, pickup was easy, left old drives for safe disposal.

I communicated this to Cherry Systems through an E-mail in which I also specified that it may not be harddrive related at all, but instead motherboard or video card as it would power on but just show lines on the screen. I received a boiler plate E-mail stating to bring my device to their office for a free initial evaluation, so I did so. Days later I receive a quote from them for $902.10 which stated that 1 of my internal harddrives has physical/hardware failure ($404.70 to repair) and the other two internal harddrives have logical/software failure ($248.70 to repair). I'm tech-savvy and build/fix my own personal computers, but work was paying for this one. I knew the likelihood that all three drives just happened to fail at the same time was astronomical, not to mention it didn't look like a harddrive failure. So I thank them but tell them no, they respond asking me if it is a pricing problem and they can work with me on that if so, to which I kindly rejected. When I picked it up, I asked if they even cover computer repair to which the woman at the front desk said they only focus on harddrive repair. I took the computer to another repair shop, and awaited their diagnosis before posting this review to confirm it wasn't harddrive related. Sure enough, it was motherboard related. instead of paying for system repair, I opted to have the harddrives taken out and encased to become external plug&play harddrives which they successfully did within minutes for $99.97, so I can confirm all of the drives worked without additional repair necessary. Keep in mind, this is the exact end result I would've from Cherry Systems but $800 cheaper. If I accepted Cherry's quote, they wouldn't have even made an attempt at my original request to assess what was wrong with my computer.
