If the goal is to make up for the economy by over--charging repeat customers for every little thing, remember that customers are dealing with the economy too. There are reasonable ways to cut costs without nickel-and-diming your regular customers. The attitude by this girl is not the greatest to start with. After being a customer more than twice a week, this experience was enough for us to take our business elsewhere. You don't keep loyal customers by making them feel like they're being over--charged for every little thing. Nothing lasts forever, especially if treated like this!
