My daughter had a VERY subpar mani-pedi, no experiences with the hairdressers, so no comment there. On the up side, no upselling or product pushing, but be prepared to show "proof" of your appointment to the parking lot attendant and come with some time in advance as the bathroom is a short distance from the spa, if needed before. I'd say it's my least favorite feature - no easy bathroom- and it's just small in general. But they aim to please and create a generally friendly, tranquil vibe.
