I went to her for my eyebrows and then decided to get my first facial. Every since then I have been getting facials every 6-8 weeks, waxes (eyebrows and Brazilian) and have at least 7 of her face products that include exfoliates, moisturizers, washes, masks, creams etc. Her products are all natural. Her wax does not ever make me break out, doesn't make me red or inflamed. Her skin products last a very long time, so although it may seem a little pricey it is SO worth it and it lasts so long! I have been using the same containers for about 7 months and they still don't feel empty. You only need to use a pea size amount and it does wonders. Her facials are also incredible. For so long I had tiny bumps across my forehead and down the sides of my face and I tried so many products...baking soda...honey..."natural home remedies" etc. and nothing worked. After getting facials with Kerry my skin has improved DRASTICALLY and as Kerry says - you always leave feeling "squeaky clean." I will continue to go to her and use any product that she recommends. Whenever someone needs somewhere to go for eyebrows, facials, waxes, etc I always recommend Kerry. She is honest and is so great at what she does.

I booked with the owner, Kerry and we spoke prior to my appointment and she made me feel very comfortable about the entire process and what it would be like. When I arrived the space was so calming that my nerves went away. Kerry talked me through the entire thing, which helped a lot. It was my first time using soft wax and it was definitely better for me than hard wax. It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would! I feel great after and I honestly cannot wait to go back! 10/10 would recommend it to anyone looking to get waxed!

John is a gem, and I'm so grateful my friend introduced me to him and this salon. I was nervous to…read morego this short with my hair, but not only is John clearly experienced, he knows how to communicate around it and its very easy to just want to shut up, trust him, and let him work. But if you need it, like I did, he'll communicate every step of the way, which he did for me and I appreciated it. He spoke about cutting hair, lines and shape, products, and seasonal changes, both poetically and intellectually, which is basically my love language. He took some of the photos I showed him and customized it exactly to my face shape, my desired level of maintenance, my aversion to products, etc. and the result was perfect. I never quite love how I look walking out of a salon, but I did this time. And days later, this cut is everything I hoped it would be. TLDR; If you're going to go short, John's the person to trust for the job. Tell him I sent you and you will get zero discount because he deserves every penny. I don't think I'll have anyone else cut my hair if I can help it. I forget the name of the gentleman who washed my hair, but if he wants to do that every morning for me, I'd be fine with that. I look forward, one day, to having Lydia do some massage work for me, because after talking to her about it, I trust she's as skilled in this as John is in cutting hair. Also, unrelated to the work, the salon's space is gorgeous and thoughtfully decorated. Lofty and airy, but cool and industrious. I hope they find ways to even just rent out the space for other things because it's too nice not to share it.

My daughter had a VERY subpar mani-pedi, no experiences with the hairdressers, so no comment there. On the up side, no upselling or product pushing, but be prepared to show "proof" of your appointment to the parking lot attendant and come with some time in advance as the bathroom is a short distance from the spa, if needed before. I'd say it's my least favorite feature - no easy bathroom- and it's just small in general. But they aim to please and create a generally friendly, tranquil vibe.

I have had many massages and found this one to rate second to the best massage I have ever had (best was my first massage in Las Vegas 30 years ago). I had Charles and I will be back and ask for him specifically next time. My husband had a woman, she never gave her name, and he said it was good, he enjoyed it.
