Because they know you can't be without water and your scared your pipes can burst. Well no plumbers wanted to do n this cor available except Greenlight. They charge nothing to come out and diagnose your issue and tell you what it will take to fix this. Within 20 min they had a price that considering it was a big job to fix was reasonable.
