Harriet eventually accepted a part time job in the store and when the owner retired Rachel purchased it Lifestyles Giftware carries items for men, women, children, and pets. You can pick up that perfect birthday, anniversary, or wedding gift. Don't show up empty handed for the hostess or just treat yourself. Shop clothing, accessories, bed, bath and body, candles, home goods, kitchen items, and stationary. They carry brands Pampa Bay, Golden Rabbit, Mud Pie, Britto, and Mariposa to name just a few. My favorite items included a dog print makeup bag, the elegant serving dishes, adorable salt and pepper shakers, and lovely glass perfume bottles. Next time I need a one of a gift, I will be stopping here. The also offer gift wrapping. One thing to note is that the plaza is cracking down on parking. You must scan the QR code on the signs and register your plate now or risk being towed.

Birch Lane is much more conventional and boring and because of size constraints, they don't have much inventory on the floor. Unfortunately, we left empty-handed, but not for a lack of trying. The staff did offer us the option of looking for other options online and having them ship it to us. However if I wanted to order something from Birch Lane or Wayfair, I could just do that in the comfort of my home. I don't need a salesperson to act as a middleman and browse the website with me. I don't know, maybe I'm just not the target demographic for this store. Overall 3 stars from me. It's definitely adequate, it just lacks flair and inventory.

The current in-store Spring Cyber Week special is 20% off all outdoor furniture although today I was inquiring about sofas and delivery policies. This store specializes in several major brands including Mayfair, All Modern, Joss & Main and Perigold. During browsing the staff was informative and not aggressive. They indicated that all purchases include FREE delivery although the current waiting period for sofas are several weeks or longer to arrive. No sale today but will keep this location in my back pocket.

Z- Gallery is totally incompetent and because they are, should NOT be in business, do to absolutely misleading their customers. I attempted to speak to someone in their Corporate office, but they claim that can "only" be done internally!! Of course it is!! I have exhausted every mean with Z-Gallery!! This "inconvenience" has caused us to now have an incomplete set of tables!! The most concern here should be the fact that Z-gallery continues to have this table and others alike on sale; while you can't provide an adequate and proper handling and delivery of said items! This is not only very unfortunate situation, but likewise absolutely misleading to ALL YOUR CUSTOMER'S!! Z-gallery is a FRAUD, by taking their customer's money, yet knowing that you are UNABLE to delivery the goods. Offering a full refund is not all that your Company needs to do in order to satisfy such unfortunate "inconvenience!!" I will continue to pursue this matter -and posting a bad review anywhere I possibly can!! I would not want any other customer(s) to be misguided by Z-gallery and experience such terrible outcome.
