In preparation for my visit, I spent about 30 minutes going through all of the Inside Membership…read moreoffers and Coupons, and put the things which I was interested in taking another look at in my "List". This was a great idea until I get to the store - where there is no internet connectivity. This means I can't log into my account to reach the list I'd just made. So, I asked the gentleman at the register, whom I learned later was the Store Manager, which of the available networks was available to me as a customer/guest; after he validated that I was an Inside Member, he admitted that there wasn't one at this time yet they were working toward getting a resolution for that issue. He showed me a laminated current version of the flyer I'd just spent time with, as a reminder. I thought this was very helpful, and so I took pictures of the items I was interested in and began my shopping. Then ... it turns out that I'd left my wallet at the spot where I was reviewing the laminated Coupon list; the Manager had seen it in my empty buggy and pointed my attention to it at that point earlier. So, it appeared that I left it where I was taking pictures instead of in the buggy. I'm exstatic that the Manager was thoughtful and very kind to return my wallet. He even searched for an item which wasn't in stock yet was available as a pre-launch item. Harbor Freight has an incredibly valuable employee in this Manager! I'm sure he will continue to "walk the talk" of incredible customer service and how valuable that is for both the customer and the company!

When asked about hfp, I was directed to look in the outdoor section. Walked around for 10 minutes, located labeled cattle fencing panels, but no hfp. Re-entered store, again inquired about hfp, again was told where to find them. Then the staff person who first directed me, reluctantly told me to follow her. She led me back outside, showed me the cattle fencing panels, and tersely said the hfp were stacked on top (no signage visible). She then walked off. Obviously, customer service is not a priority to the staff at Tractor Supply in Waynesboro. I shall take my business elsewhere, which doesn't matter to TS.

If you are looking for a certain card in the sports world, there's a good possibility they have it...but plan on paying for it.
