Last August I purchased dining room chairs which I was told would be ready for delivery in 6 weeks. Many delays later, the chairs were finally ready for delivery on April 6th, 8 months later. A voicemail instructed me to call to provide the balance payment. My first attempt calling resulted in a hold tine of 40 minutes before I got disconnected. The second call I was on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally got to speak to a human, I was informed that my designer's discount would not honored, even though she has a C&B designer account. Turns out her information was not entered when she placed the order, and they would not honor it retroactively. I would have cancelled this order except the chairs were on sale and not refundable. I'm done with C&B
