I also love that they host pop up markets in the space and invite in other makers. I've discovered some great new products and artists here and always have the best time at workshops (I didn't take pictures, but the cocktail, charcuterie and dried flower arrangement one has been my favorite.) They also offer private events, which I've stumbled upon a few times and always seem lovely. Hilari has the best taste and is always so friendly when I stop in. It's been lovely getting to know her and see this shop grow and thrive over the past few years.

I wanted to get custom framing done on a piece of art. I looked online and after going through the…read moreselections, I decided rather to make an appointment to have someone in the framing department of the store help me. I made an appointment online for a Saturday morning. Michaels sent me an email reminder on Thursday. I arrived a half hour early and went to the framing counter. No one was there. Ok. I'm early. I waited until 5 minutes before my appointment time and rang the bell for service. A woman came to the counter and asked if I was there to pick up a picture. I told her that I was there for my appointment in 5 minutes. She said there was no one working that counter until 1:00 in the afternoon. I explained about the appointment done online and how I even received a reminder. Why was I not informed that the appointment would need to be rescheduled? There was nothing she could do. She said she was the supervisor. I told her she just lost my business. I left the store. I googled a framing store near me. I found one about 20 minutes away in Tucson. Their selection was amazing. The woman there was able to take care of my needs and the finished product was beautiful. I will go there from now on.
