However the ambience is very... strange and extremely uncomfortable. I do dress alternatively, in a gothic style, but more often I dress in a scenemo/emo style. Which I love about myself, however everytime I go inside, I feel stared at by everyone and I feel extremely anxious, nauseous and scared for my safety. I don't believe anything will happen, it's mainly a staring issue and very uncomfortable to have to ask for any help. Once I had to get my husband to walk in for me and he told me the service ruined his day- apparently he had to ask for the manager because the employee he asked "didn't know anything". The manager apparently was also no help, because she was rude and very passive aggressive. Maybe she was just having a bad day- but that is not acceptable to take it out on a stranger, let alone someone who is trying to spend money at your place of employment?

However he was professional when I asked him a few questions about their hours and ordering merchandise. Otherwise, it's a solid shop. If the quality of the customer service matched the quality of merchandise, it would be a lot better.
