At a cursory glance the prices were better here than a lot of online businesses. I was looking for talavera address tiles and a holder. The shop has a great selection of numbered tiles but unfortunately they didn't have a high contrasty one I was looking for, but they did have the metal holders which I also needed. I bought the tiles from a different local store. Tip 1: Don't make the same mistake I made. If you buy them from somewhere else, bring them all in to try in the frame. That's because, the sizes and shapes of both the tiles and the holders are asymmetrical and it's a matter of trying to get the best fit. The lady that owns the store is very nice and helpful and will these things to you. Tip 2: Make sure you absolutely love what you are getting because once you buy it there are exchanges or store credit, no refunds. Tip 3: The opening and closing hours are not strictly adhered. I waited twice outside the store, once at opening and once 20 min after opening time and the store was not open. Reading other reviews I'm not the only person this happened too. It's the same with closing time. They may close up early. I would suggest calling ahead first so you don't waste your time driving like I did. This is the only reason I'm taking one star off.

They came out 5/2 and didn't fix, called again 5/16, called again 5/27 and still no assistance for a clearly poor install! On 6/6 the fountain finally collapsed so I called AGAIN and this time someone would be out to assess the damage on 6/7. The solution to this problem was for us to pay a "discounted" rate of $900 to fix because, "clearly a 200lb man was hanging on it." I am shocked they are trying to blame this ordeal on us and get more money to fix a problem that was clearly pointed out to them multiple times. The customer service has been extremely unhelpful with terrible turn around time. Do yourself a favor and run from this dishonest company!

These were purchased in Asia and being hand-sewn, we needed a responsible, worthy business to ensure maximum care. Tomas meticulously identified all the discrepancies, tears and loss of fibers. ALL WERE RESTORED. Tomas delivered. Superb, if not industry standard, customer service, like nothing I've ever seen. We even went with one of their options to have velcro installed and wall mount one of our rugs. The rugs were filthy for being walked on for 50 years and in multiple homes throughout our military career. I miss the gorgeous window displays from the first store but glad to see you expanding. The new shop has more room for workshops held monthly. The store has so much more than their deliciously scented candles. They offer lots of gifts from local vendors and beyond. I've bought stuff for dogs to stuff for my witch coven! The workers are always so kind and helpful. They're closed Mondays. What I really love is their refill/recycle plan. You can bring in certain containers for refills at a discount or recycle certain containers for a discount in store. So smart!!
