Maria has to be the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to on the phone. My car was towed using this company through my insurance USAA. My family is contacting our insurance company and warning them of the way this tow company conducts business and how they talk to people. We will be filling complaints asking that they find other local companies to help with their towing needs. They are the worst, made me wait for two hours, and just to tell me they weren't coming, then had the freaking nerve to hang up on me. What kind of service is that? Charged double was was quoted for a tow after it was all said and done and took 5 hours to show up DO NOT RECCOMEND !

This company was used by Avis. Called was initiated at 0735am.. the tow driver said they will be at the side 1.5hrs from the call. 3 hrs later, the tow truck is still not here. Me and my nieces at stuck in the car with heat from central valley and Will need to rebook our flight that would cost us $1500/person. Not Reliable. read more

My car died and the dealership said they wanted it towed without be jumped. R & s Towing aka Michael's Towing in Sanger came out. Brent said AAA doesn't pay them enough money for him to tow it the way the dealership wants it towed. He was extremely rude and kept saying he has wasted enough time here and needed to move on because he was so busy. Forget about the fact that I waiting 2 1/2 hours for the rude person to get here and the fact that that is his job. What happened to customer service. Horrible customer service. I would rather push my car the 8 miles to the dealership they give that company 1 penny. Shame on you. You aren't even worth 1 star but it wouldn't post with 0 stars. read more

I only gave 1 star because zero is not an option. Michael's towing took my car back to their facility without contacting me causing me to pay for their bogus charges. I asked to speak to a supervisor but "Joe" hung on me several times. Their receptionist is rude. The office is dirty and full of webs. I would not recommend this towing service. read more
