My tailoring needs have ranged from altering hemlines and seams on pants to an overall resizing of an expensive perforated leather jacket. I was told up front when one part of a requested repair on a pants pocket would appear differently from original and then I didn't notice it when it was done. Attentive, welcoming and extremely reasonable pricing.

This gives him access to his prosthetic and makes it easier to get the pants on/off. I took the pants to Lee's Tailors and there were 2 women at the desk. I told them I needed a zipper in the pant leg and showed them where (inner seam). One of the women thought that was hysterically funny - not sure why. She laughed and laughed, and then went in the back. A bit disrespectful, but whatever. The other woman was nice and respectful, showed me what she would do and how much it would cost. The pants were ready 2 days later, and they're perfect. They collect payment up front, and give a ticket for picking up. They did a great job.

I came in around 11 am on a weekday and was immediately greeted by the staff. The measurement process was quick and efficient. The staff had me pay up front and set a pick-up date, then I was on my way. I felt that the price was fair, especially having gotten similar alterations done at other tailors in the area. I told the team that I just needed the dress back within 3 weeks but they told me that it would be ready within 2-3 days! My dress was ready on the agreed-upon date and the hemming was well done on all layers. If you live near the Natick Mall and require any hemming work on your clothing, I would recommend checking out Lee's Tailor!

Tried the jacket on and he was able to eyeball it and it came out perfect. He only charged $30 to take in a jacket. Compared to Boston alteration prices, that is a steal! I would definitely come here again. The location is about 10 mins from Shoppers World (maybe less). Great experience.

I was told absolutely no appointment required and there was plenty of time. Finally, on my day off I drove to Sylvia's ( a home, not a commercial building) and was greeted by a clearly overwhelmed woman with a lot of alterations to be done. I was immediately (and quite rudely) told that she did not have the time- before seeing the alterations needed. I said I understood the timing was tight and would bring my dress to another tailor, as there are many in the area As I am walking out, she is clearly regretting her initial reaction and frantically telling me to come back and show her the dress- the situation was all very frenzied. It was negative enough to want to post on the level of professionalism that is clearly lacking. I am unable to comment on her alteration skills, however I would not recommend this business after my experience today.

The man can work magic!…read more I had a couple of friends who lived in the area in need of alterations and I'd researched and even called almost all of the other places in the Natick/Milford area, and no one else -- by their own admission -- had the expertise to do the kinds of alterations we needed. Mind you, I'm talking about essential stuff here, like tapering trousers. I talked to Michael on the phone and he said that he could taper pants, take in suits, and do all of the important stuff. This put him head and shoulders above any competitors... if he could fulfill his promises. Turns out he could, and then some! My mind was blown by how Michael managed to, not only make all of the adjustments we needed with expert precision, but also work a couple of miracles that shouldn't even be possible. For instance, he was able to take in the waist on denim 5-pockets. That is NOT something you can expect any old tailor to do. (Trousers and chinos have room for that but denim doesn't) and on top of that he was able to invisibly narrow the shoulder seems of a dress shirt, which is another thing that you can't really ask for. (In this case, he offered.) My friends looked amazing in their outfits and I was left feeling sad that I'd probably never work with Michael again because I live in Boston. He was contagiously upbeat and had an incredibly dry, but potent sense of humor.

Too much material taken off making the dress way too revealing, completely uneven hem along the bottom. Not only that, but they were so rude, wouldn't let her try on a couple different pairs of shoes to make final choice, and pushed her out after 30 minutes. I found Sienna after doing some research, and easily made an appointment for me and my friend the following week. Working with Sienna was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We were given all the time we needed (And we needed it! On one visit, I brought my friend 17 pairs of shoes to try on, no joke!), she listened to exactly what each of us wanted for our dress alterations, and she miraculously totally fixed the botch job the other tailor did. When we first went in, my friend was convinced she'd need to scramble to find a new wedding dress with just 30 days time, and after just a couple visits, she had a gorgeous dress that looked as though it was made just for her. My bridesmaids' dress came out great, too, as did a pair of jeans that needed hemming that I threw into the mix. I can't thank Sienna enough for her great work, patience, and professionalism. She knows exactly how to make each person feel beautiful through decades of experience. I tried calling on several occasions to make sure someone was there before driving over, and no one ever answered. Couture was completely different. I called and asked how quickly they could turn around a dress that needed altering (a week, they said), brought my dress over, they did their measurements, and less than a week later I was picking up a perfectly tailored dress that cost $75. Cash only and due upfront, but they let me pay on pick up because I forgot to bring cash (oops). Will definitely come back!

Three days later, I called to ask if he was getting started on the dress and was told he was too busy to look at it but that "we still have time" to get it done. Three more days passed and he texted to let me know he couldn't think of any wax to alter it. He kept it for a week and left me with very little time to find another tailor- which I did that same day- who was able to alter it to exactly what I needed. Very disappointed in the lack of concern over a time frame and the lack of skill in alterations.
