Surface parking is plentiful and you can pull up directly in front of the store. The lot and walk up tidy. Longtime owner Susan greeted me while shopping for a gift item. They have cards and much more such as home decor packed in their cute space. They will even gift wrap for you no charge. I've been a stranger and need to get back in for a visit. I love supporting local and this is one shop that deserves local love.

I don't want to harp on how the previous location was run, but I feel it is fair and necessary to say that it is much better since it's re-opening. Prices, organization, and inventory have all improved! Very excited that they're here! When I was walked in today, I was greeted by one of the owners in a very friendly fashion. He was sitting behind the front counter talking pleasantly with a customer and greeted us with a smile and a hello! Both times we have been here, it has been very organized and easy to browse. They put batteries in the things that require them so you can see that they work. If they miss something and it doesn't have batteries, they offered to put batteries in it so that you can see that it functions properly before purchasing. It's clear that they care very much about their inventory and the way it is organized. The clothing and toys are all clean and easy to see. During our first visit I bought a couple of clothing items and a baby swing. We were so excited to find this item at a reasonable price, in good operation and clean. The "lost star" - and my only qualm - is that during my second visit to this location, after we had been browsing for a bit, the conversation at the front register turn to politics (it's a pretty small store so any conversation reaches the whole store). I stayed and waited for it to end, but it drug out and they kept discussing... The cashier/owner did nothing to redirect the conversation and continued to engage in discussion about politics. To be honest, I don't necessarily disagree with the things that they were saying... I am just so tired of listening to politics everywhere I go. Before leaving, I did say something to the owner and (I thought, politely) let him know that I was uncomfortable trying to browse while they were discussing religion and politics. I even told him I didn't disagree with his point of view in the discussion, it just made it really hard to enjoy my shopping experience. Politics are everywhere... I don't really want to listen to them when I am shopping for clothes and toys for my baby. I will come back again. I like this store and the ownership... I just hope to have a better experience next time.

I brought it back with the intent to return it and buy one online from a company I used previously that had lasted for 4 years. I exchanged instead, against my better judgement. I put this new necklace on my baby a few hours later and realized it could be pulled up over her head, it was too long. This is dangerous for a teething necklace and they should fit a bit more snugly. I brought it back the next morning and was told no refunds at all and it was shocking I was even allowed to exchange the day before. I said I was quite frustrated that both experiences at this local shop have now been negative and the blonde employee there(different from the red headed one the previous day) told me that she didn't understand why I was frustrated with her since she can't change policy. While this is correct, she is the face of the company during my interaction, so unfortunately she is the one receiving my dissatisfaction. She offered a one time in store credit, which I declined. I walked to the door and informed her that I had no desire to bring any of my business to this store again and it's been a huge waste of my time. She said under her breath as I walked out the door, "YOU NEED SERIOUS HELP." I'm sorry, but that is absolutely uncalled for. I am allowed to politely but adamantly express my dissatisfaction with a company policy without the employee telling me to get help!! I had not used foul language up until this point, but I said a few unkind words at that point and stormed out. Candy, tech toys, clothes, make-up, toys, clothes, etc. They have a lot of fun items for presents. I love how they have a lot of nostalgic items that bring me back to my past. The store presented well and was attractive in a sexy office supply type of way. Major Office Max badging was hung from the ceiling in the rear on a circular type of sign. Everything was clean. My objective was to pick up a three hole punch after mine when kaput. I had an older model off brand and was anxious to see what was offered. To my surprise they offered over a half dozen types from 5 sheets to 50. Both manual and electric with prices ranging from $20+ to $50+. The main brand offered was Swingline which is the best! I picked up a midline to punch 20. I perused the store to kill some time and as I mentioned before I love office supplies anyway. The furniture is in the rear and they have a really good supply of chairs that range from basic to high end. The print shop is up front. As I continued my walk around I was reminded the depth of inventory that Office Max carries. From candy, to cleaning supplies to a few OTC pharmacy needs like Tylenol. Up front at checkout they even have gift cards. I was approached by two staff on the floor at different times. An older lady was particularly friendly and we made small talk. This elevated my review one full star. I see the most recent reviews are very positive. When you see and hear customer service you know it and thank you! My checkout was good and my rewards card applied. The young lady clerk was ok, professional and that's all good. It's always nice for me to hear "did you find everything" which I did not. My credit card transaction was processed without a hitch. I did notice the front of the counter laminate was damaged with a large crack. This store is a solid option for office supply loving customers. I suspect it's less known than Town Center which has a great flow. On my visit it was not busy mid day. I suspect it's because they do not offer road frontage as the store is not new. If your looking for an easy in and out office supply run hit them up.

Each clothing item is hand-picked and selected for sustainability and eco-friendliness, so I wouldn't recommend coming in expecting to pay the same prices you would for clothing or toys at Walmart or Target. The great thing about consigning is that if you choose to take store credit, you will get a higher value for the items you sell. I was very pleased to hear this, and more than willing to purchase other consignment items for my own daughter. I love the idea of consigning and thrifting rather than purchasing things new whenever I can, and this is a great way to do that while also supporting small business. I was so blown away by the selection of items and the customer service that I have since been back twice since my first visit. I certainly plan to keep taking the items my daughter outgrows to shop the other consigned items here. I hardly purchase clothes because I was at a size that did not accommodate Madewell clothing. I would get inspo though. Well that was until Monday evening. I was in the area walking around from store to store. I lost over 60lbs in the last year and I decided to try something's on. When I walked in, I walked around. Corrine noticed I had a few items in my hand and she offered to start a fitting room for me. Honestly, that is amazing when that actually happens. There was another store in the local area who did the same thing where they started a fitting room for me, so that way I can shop with two hands. I gave her the items that I was looking at and kept shopping until I came to a decision that it was time to start fitting into some clothes. I ended up having on a jacket from the clearance area, and she offered a pair of jeans to me to try. Jeans have always been something I don't enjoy wearing for the past over 10 years, but I decided to give it a shot. I tried on one parent did not like. I'm tried on a second pair same thing, but she asked me what I like in jeans and I told her I like it to be tight in the thigh and just slightly baggy around the ankle, which in turn is boot cut. So she brought me a pair, and I put them on, and they were amazing. I cried in the fitting room because I was so happy. Overall my times was great. My fitting room experience was top tier. I was not overwhelmed. I was just happy. Corrine was great. Rose who checked me out was so kind.

The restaurant was so cold I ran into Madewell, this was my first time in. The sales associate was a doll! Super helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she directed me to the perfect sweater, and a plus it was on sale, then the sale was on sale!!!! I got a great deal on a wonderful quality sweater. I can not wait to come back when I have more time to shop for more clothes!!
