I was so pleased with your person in the framing dept. she helped me get my picture into a frame. It was a special picture I made of my sister that had passed.

Michael's is your go to for craft supplies. I don't know it just seems to be kind of junkie now. I still go. The employees are helpful.

Every time I go here they are closed early. The employees lock the doors well before 9 and then don't let you in. It's infuriating.

I appreciate their selection in a lot of areas, they frequently have sales, and they have a military discount.

They have a great selection and plenty to browse through, which makes the experience enjoyable for collectors of all levels. However, I was a little disappointed that I didn't see any single card boxes to dig through--only sealed blaster and hobby boxes behind the counter. It's possible I missed them, but from what I could tell, singles weren't readily available. The biggest concern for me was the pricing. As a newer collector, I was already a bit nervous about choosing the right boxes, and seeing some items marked significantly higher than retail made me hesitant to buy. For example, the most recent Topps NBA Holiday Box was priced at $60, even though we had just purchased the same box at GameStop for $35 and it's still widely available at that price. Since it doesn't seem to be a rare or hard-to-find product, the markup felt a little excessive. On the positive side, the customer service was genuinely great. The employee who helped us took the time to talk with us and seemed truly willing to assist with anything we needed. That part of the experience definitely stood out in a good way. Overall, while I appreciated the variety and the friendly service, the pricing made me hesitant to spend money during this visit. I may do a bit more research and give the shop another try in the future, but based on this first impression, I wasn't fully comfortable making a purchase yet.

We may not always get a winning pack of cards but that's the luck of the draw. Their prices are definitely reasonable considering some of the experiences we've run into over the years. Today my daughter and I went in for her to pick out a birthday gift for herself. The young woman at the register, Jupiter, was very rude to us. My daughter chose a pack of Lorcana cards and I was looking at the earrings, but Jupiter was huffing and puffing impatiently since she had rung up the cards and wanted to finish the transaction. I asked her a question about the earrings that were on the counter and she snapped that she didn't know and that I should just look at them to figure it out. As i kept looking at them for less than 15 seconds, she slammed her hand on the counter and abruptly turned around to do something else. When I picked out the earrings to buy, she snapped, "Is that it now?" I asked for her name which she barked it at me while asking my name in the same confrontational way. I maintained being friendly to her, mainly to spare my daughter, (she's a sensitive adult with special needs.) As we walked out, Jupiter tried to cover her tracks by thanking us and wishing my daughter a happy birthday, but the damage was done. My daughter said she doesn't want to go back in there if Jupiter is there. This isn't the first time the Staff has been rude, and while we've also been greeted by friendly workers, the negative treatment has happened often enough that it's clear that half of the Staff needs to take a refresher course in basic customer service.

My boyfriend and I found this nice little shop when we were in the area and wanted to see what kind of RC Cars this place had. The guy working there Brian was such a great guy to talk to. They talked about the different types of RC cars there was. There are drift cars, monster trucks, buggies, crawlers... the list goes on. We were in there for maybe an hour or so just talking. Brian was such a gem, that 5 years later we go back and have built a wonderful friendship with him, he had become our older brother. Brian is that type of person who will not just sell you an RC car, but he will sell you one that suits you. If you had a car in mind and he does not have it in stock, he is willing to order it and he will make sure he orders you the best one. Brian also fixes RC cars if something is broken or if you have no idea why it isn't working. He will give you a quote before actually fixing it and if the price is good with you, he will start the fixing processes. He is not the type of sell you useless cars, he tries his best to order the best. He does sell more then just RC cars. Just go check him out and see what he has to offer. He also has model cars that you can build. He has a few trains and tracks. He has a lot of paints for the models and other things. Brian is great.
