This store employees decided to deny me from completing a purchase because they thought my cash was counterfeit. They held my money up to the light and pretended to know what they were doing. Turns out they have no real way of validating counterfeit cash. My money was real and had come fresh from the bank. I don't advise to shop here with such stupidity as the actions of these employees. We were looking for command strip refills and I asked the young lady Amanda at the counter and she said I don't want to do it . And refused to help me. The nicer older lady did help me-and when I reported the other girl to the store manager she said that I needed to be patient as the other girl has a learning disability. Bought some christmas items that was suppose to be 50 off. No got home any got overcharged on everything. Nothing rang up on sake. Called to find out why? Connie one of the managers had a melt down on the phone. Because I told her I got overcharged and so did everyone that was shopping that day. She did not even bother to ask for an item to check . No she thought it was more convenient for her to tell me to come back in. So I should be inconvenienced and go back to the store instead of you checking the price. Once I said that she started saying things like she is not going to be spoken that way. What way? Telling you I got overcharged is now a negative thing to say to someone then she continued to say she is a humane being. I sure hope so because that is who I was talking to. Called today and spoke to Alex had to hold twice for over 15 minutes the first time . Not worth it anymore. Just not going to shop there. . read more

I'm giving this Michaels a 5 star review because I can't figure out how to review the hobby lobby down the street... if I could, I'd give it 2 stars. This store has much friendlier staff and a better selection. While I do enjoy using the 40 percent off one item coupon, I find that micheal's 20 percent off purchase usually saves me more money in the long run. I have never had a bad experience here and visit multiple times a month. read more

I'm a very crafty person so I stop by Michaels every once in a while if I need any art supplies. This particular Michaels is smaller compared to the others, but I still have no problem finding everything I need. It's very organized and the workers are very polite and helpful! I was in the store yesterday and each cashier seemed to be having an issue with their customers transaction. When it was my turn, the cashier that I had was a young man, maybe 19 or so, and he was very nice, calm and helpful. He was very professional during a stressful time and I was impressed. read more
