Always have what I need the best quality stuff. Went there for one thing today and came home with 20 projects lol. No regrets

A lot of my spare time is spent on art-related projects and most often buy my regular supplies in bulk from a major discount online source. However, sometimes I find myself needing an odd, offbeat item, or simply ran out of a needed material. This Michael's has helped me with getting those items in between my usual orders. This location is clean, organized, and the staff have always been very helpful. Their prices are higher than my discount source, but they often have coupons that offset the difference. I ordered 4 items for pick up. I couldn't enter the code for 40% off of 1 item. When I asked the cashier to please take it off.....she told me it's not available to online pick up orders! If I wanted it I could return everything then apply discount ..I would have but there were at least 10 people in line and 2 cashiers. It's just NOT right read more

Stopped by this location in Largo Mall to pick up a few things. In my option, this location is superior to the Michaels in Clearwater Mall. You don't feel so crowded. I feel like this location has a larger inventor, as well. read more

We can always find what we are looking for...and lots of other cool ideas- nice to know they have a military discount- we just discovered that our last visit... Check out coupons to save, the list prices are a bit high. Watch for valid times to redeem coupons - did not realize the coupons we had were good for afternoon only. Staff is always helpful when looking for specifics for a project, offering alternate means to solve a home-grown idea. Fun to browse and take in all the specialized merchandise, crafts, and tools. read more

I accompany my wife whenever we visit Michaels as I am just along for the ride. That being said the end results of her visits are decorating my house and I have to admit she and Michaels have worked together a lot together and they have a great selection, good prices and always a special coupon to help you fill the cart. The only thing that keeps Michaels from getting a 5 Star is the pricing of matting and framing. I know they bought Aaron Brothers or partnered or something but I choked when they gave me the price for a project - I declined and think I need to sign my wife up for a class on matting and framing. read more

I was in the Michaels in largo Florida today and there were several people not wearing masks today. I notified a sales associate and was told masks were mandatory and the manager would handle the situation I waited outside for about 15 minuets and sure enough out came the one family carrying bags of things they purchased wearing no masks. Placed an order for curbside pick up, it stated that if all items in stock (which luckily they were) and ordered before mid-afternoon (which it was) then it would be same day before closing, next steps would be waiting on an email... with all the chaos and busyness going on they were well overwhelmed with orders but with little communication or ability to track or communicate in app.. I contacted the store, Bianca was the incredible representative I worked with who helped not only troubleshoot order, but also make sure to personally reach out and let me know the order was ready for pick up and even though it's close to closing if we could make it she would have it! Now this may seem very small and insignificant to a lot of people but to me this meant everything! We are all going through some really difficult times and this act of kindness was so encouraging to my day! Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and true customer service! Stay safe! The framing department is a joke.. $200 for just a canvas wood frame for them to put on or $400 for a regular frame on a poster size canvas!! Absolutely insane pricing here! Why would anyone pay such outrageous money for that??! Will not be shopping here for ANYTHING read more

Michaels is alright. I can usually find everything i need there and at great prices. I love that I can pull up coupons online and get even more discounts. My lady and I get lost for hours in there just shopping and coming up with crafty ideas. There are military and senior discounts available. When the cashier rang up my order I asked her if the discounts apply in store or on line only. She replied "you could have had the discount if you had said something earlier". I told her I was asking a question to which she said "I said you could have had the discount if you said something before I rang it up". First time ever having some photo's professionally framed with Michael's. We had three photos's that were all different sizes, and all were mixed portrait and landscape layouts that we wanted placed into one large mount. Jacqueline helped us design our layout, frame and matte was fantastic & very helpful! She helped us to stay within our budget without jeopardizing the beauty and the look we were going for. We did not realize there were different glass types that would effect the price so much! Also, Michaels appreciates our Military members (both Active & Veterans) and will give you a very nice discount! The photo turned out beautifully, we were VERY happy with the price, our personal service and the assistance we received from Jacqueline with customizing and creating this beautiful frame! We were extra impressed when she (willingly & with the same helpful enthusiasm that our transaction started with) stayed nearly 45 minutes after closing to help us wrap up the framing of 3 pieces of art.
