Jess was great to work with and set me up with a gorgeous collage with 9 total pieces. Fast forward a few months, one of the couples in the photos break-up, my son and his long time girlfriend. So, I reached out to order a new pic in the collage. To my surprise Jess mentioned that they may be able to edit this person out of the photos. We opted to replace one of the shots with my son's Golden Retriever. The work that Jess and her team did was nothing short of a miracle! I had no idea that this was even possible. Different ownership, I know. I was greeted shortly after entering and making my way over to the ornaments. The staff member that was helping me was extremely friendly but must have been newer because she didn't have immediate answers to my questions (one looking for a specific ornament they didn't have & another about an ornament I had in my hand.) I understand everyone has a learning and training period but please don't make up an answer only to finally ask your coworker after I begin questioning your initial answer. Hallmark always has tons of fun trinkets to browse through but at Christmastime it's all about the ornaments, baby! And unfortunately this store did not impress so I'll stick to the one in the mall even though I avoid the mall like the plague this time of year!
