We were greeted immediately upon entry. There is A LOT to see. It is a well organized place. Items in glasses cases were labeled so that you knew how to request a key to view items. There is an elevator as well as a stairway to go to the 2nd floor. Lots of items to browse through. Some items were really pricey and in my opinion, not truly worth it. Some items were rare, and definitely worth the price tag. We weren't on the lookout for anything specific, so we didn't purchase anything, but enjoyed our experience.

There was no sign on the door with hours, and as we walked in no signs either. One older woman comes right up to us and says we close at 4:45pm, you have 5 minutes very rudely and we said thank you and she grumbled. Then a man walks up to us immediately after saying "guys we close in 2 minutes" very rudely and I said well on google maps it says 5pm and he mumbled that they had to change that. Very unfortunate since it looks like they had some cool stuff and we definitely would've came back to get some big pieces but both of those people were so rude for absolutely zero reason. If you have a strict closing time then please ensure all your business affiliations reflect that, or put a sign on your front door..... I also checked their own website and it says 5pm closing time. Completely ridiculous. Maybe they had a bad day but definitely not how you treat people at anytime.

I spent many weeks going to the store to see what new merchandise they had and the staff has always been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. They truly took the time to help us find beautiful, high-quality pieces that worked for our home. What could have been an overwhelming process was made so much easier because of their kindness and help. After nearly furnishing our entire home with them, I felt it was time to give them the wonderful review they deserve. We are so happy with everything we've purchased and would highly recommend them!

By being able to trade in clothes and gear that they have grown out of and being able to buy already discounted clothes with the credit, it really helps stretch that dollar a long way. I know some have commented that the pricing can sometimes be comparable to other national chains but what they don't seem to take into account is the fact that you are able to trade in and get store credit (often on items you purchased from them) so when you net it out, you are way better off and you are supporting a local, woman owned and operated small business.

If I could write 0 stars I would. After my first bad experience here I decided to let it go and…read moregave them another chance- after a second bad experience shame on me I'm never going back and I don't think you should go either. The owner needs to hire new staff they are snarky & rude and honestly just judgmental. Not to mention there's used Walmart and target clothes that are more expensive there than if you get them from Walmart and target. Talk about a scam ... First of all it's the end of August and she wouldn't even look through one of my bags because there were Christmas PJs in them- in pristine condition mind you. I understand the cut off for seasonal items but to refuse a whole bag of clothes because of Christmas PJs is crazy. She also said that they needed to be washed which they were they smelt like fresh laundry detergent but because they had a few wrinkles from being in the bags she also refused to take them and judged that they weren't washed based off the fact that there was a few wrinkles. Not to mention I had stuff in season that they would've accepted but since my bags got turned down for a wrinkle and a Christmas PJ they never got to discover that. I also want to point out that she then continue to shame me like she was better than me on how to return with my three bags of clothes folded in nice tote bags because they were in trash bags. I'm not sure how this place is even still open.. never coming back- go to once upon a child! Way better & they never complicate things and have amazing staff! They also don't over charge their clothing. Edit in response to the owner. These clothes weren't kept in a home with Cats, but we got them from a family who has a dog. I packed the clothes in the bag and there way maybe 4 items with dog hair on it literally I could've picked off and brought back 5 minutes later. My items were WASHED AND CLEAN. Your store is a scam and your employees are demeaning and I stand by that. I've actually heard this from multiple people in the area before I went to you guys and now the bad reviews check out. I also had 1 pair of Christmas pjs in there so that wasn't the point of why I said that. My point is that my clothes that were washed and in perfect condition were turned down because of 5 dog hairs and Christmas pjs. Also to not take any accountability as a business owner is really disappointing. I called before hand to make sure he could come in a donate under my account and after even doing that he was told for future reference he had to come at 10 for donations- you guys open at 9:30 and it was 9:50. He walked in to donate clothes and walked out not wanting to ever come back due to your demeaning employee. Also for anyone reading this and got this far. I don't ever write reviews, this is my first review and I've had this account 10 years. it takes me a lot to write a review so that just shows in itself how bad my experiences have been.
