You can find everything from party supplies to mirror balls... and of course, there's all the artificial flowers and fun doo dads to make super cute wreaths. They have painting supplies and birthday gift bags and decorative garlands of every kind. And when they mark things down... it's a bonanza-priced to move!! But this Michael's has an extra bonus: a very nice and helpful employee, who was on the front register, when I was here around 9:45am Friday, July 17, 2026. I didn't get his name, but he was invested and interested in me as a customer-what brought me in and how he could help. He made good suggestions, bubble wrapped the Jonathan Adler plate I bought and shared my joy over finding Necco Wafers in the candy aisle. All this and... lots and lots of parking!!! Not only did Christine take it upon herself to call me back when I had not even asked for that thru the main call-in person, but she was patient, thorough, professional and completely knowledgeable about every aspect and item I would need to buy for my project. And sincere and loving. Thanks to her, I am now able to set my final goals into action and begin the next phase of my project. In fact, she went far and beyond what I had even hoped for, of which there is no space to comment on here. Consequently, I highly recommend that Michael's please give her a raise and a promotion... Michael's really needs to know how much they need to keep great employees like her working there, permanently. Additionally, the entire staff on the floor is also precious and together, they all know what they are doing to make either callers or in-store shopping a true delight. Jess was great to work with and set me up with a gorgeous collage with 9 total pieces. Fast forward a few months, one of the couples in the photos break-up, my son and his long time girlfriend. So, I reached out to order a new pic in the collage. To my surprise Jess mentioned that they may be able to edit this person out of the photos. We opted to replace one of the shots with my son's Golden Retriever. The work that Jess and her team did was nothing short of a miracle! I had no idea that this was even possible. It looks super big, but once you sit in it, it actually floats you nicely on top of the water (see photo) so it's easy to get in and out of this one. It's also super durable, made really well OuiOui. I also think it's the prettiest one I have found, I love the ice blue color, and it's def the most durable. We love our pool floats. We also use them at the beach, at our Beachhouse, carry them to hotels when we travel. We are the float experts. Hahaha. LOVE our Zen super chill poolside good vibes weekends with our new Funsickle chill out chairs chilling with the 2 big heads! lol We highly recommend the blue lagoon Fun sickle chill out chair. It's a short drive over to Clearwater in a shopping center. Immediately, Elizabeth the owner, explained what to do. I decided to my nickname and the sun. We paid $75 for a two hour block where we were able to spin our clay with instructions, decorate and paint. They also have open studio for $25 and you can come in and spin your clay and decorate on your own without instruction. You can pick up your creation in about 3 weeks. It was a somber moment to see this picture that was in really rough shape in such a beautiful new way. I've never had anything framed professionally before so don't know how to judge on pricing, but I'm all about paying for quality and this was quality. The cherry on top which the owner totally didn't have to do was print out some tidbits about my grandfathers ship and the history surrounding it. What an amazing gesture, and I was truly touched. When, and if I ever need something framed again this would be the only place I would take my business.
