When I saw my bedroom chest on their website at 30% off, I reached out to Don, and he promised to update my invoice. He never did. Things only got worse upon delivery: ~ Billed for items not kept: The mirror didn't fit in my bedroom. The delivery drivers instructed me to reject it and assured me the cost would be removed from my invoice. That charge is still on my bill. ~ Damaged and defective furniture: The original sleeper sofa arrived stained and torn. The replacement sofa they sent is defective as well--the cushions are ragged, misshapen, and terrible quality. ~ Zero support or accountability: Throughout this entire process, Don--who previously insisted I call or text him with any issues or questions--has completely ghosted me. He hasn't responded to a single text or call. When I contacted Rooms To Go Customer Support, they claimed only my sales associate needed to handle the invoice corrections with customer service. ~ I am currently being forced to pay for a mirror I returned on delivery, stuck with defective furniture, and left with no support from either the sales associate or customer service.
