This is a fabulous Home goods Store. I still think the location in Brooksville is the best location, but this one is also very nice. The store is very clean & well organized, however, of all the fabulous inventory everything in the store is blue/green & white, even the giant metal turtle. Only one small pack of black & white stripped pillows here. It's a classic summer staple. I always have black & white stripes around my pool. Very deco. The male manager with glasses rushed our payment and the cashier so the next guests could check out, even though other cashiers weren't directing customers to pay at their own registers. After four people had paid before us, we still had a separate order to finish. The cashiers failed to tell them to lay with them.I don't appreciate being rushed, especially in a store that already feels chaotic. Please do better with organization and customer service. read more

I happened to stop at this Homegoods with a friend. What a pleasant surprise. I thought it was much nicer and had many more holiday items than our usual location we frequent. If you are furnishing a home or apartment this is the place to stop first. They always get new items and you never know what you'll find for a good price. They sell everything from furniture, kitchen needs, bathroom, housewares, bedding, decor, food items etc. everything is well organized and tagged. This location had all kinds of European Chocolates for the holidays which all looked yummy! read more

If you're looking for furniture, this location seems to have far more than the HomeGoods in Clearwater and St. Pete! Personally I was just browsing for some bathroom rugs - they had a great selection in terms of materials and sizes, again more than I've seen at the Clearwater location, but not a lot of variety in color unfortunately. I still found a few other things including some decorative storage containers, a couple cards, and some paper desk calendars. Certain aisles did feel a little too tightly packed, and more than a few had carts of merchandise blocking half the aisle without en employee in sight so that was a bit cumbersome to navigate. But if I'm back in this area, I'd definitely stop at this location again! read more

This store sold a defective item and would not give anything besides store credit. Avoid. Maybe some regulators getting involved will help make them more customer centric and ethical. Remember, to anyone dealing with issues with a company, report them to bbb.org and your local attorney general depending on the situation. Also other regulatory agencies depending on situation such as ftc, dept insurance, fspb etc. They won't learn unless they are made to confront their ethics head on. read more

This store is very cluttered! Too much stuff everywhere! They need a bigger store or to put less stuff out at once, it's kinda hard to walk through. Once you get over that fact, they do have nice things. I recently came here and bought what I turned into my new coffee bar! It's so cute and I love it. For $250 it was a great deal! A staff member was very helpful, and grabbed a pulley for us to move the furniture on easier. What you see is what they have, no extra furniture in the back so you literally take it off the floor to buy it. Very happy with my purchase. read more

Age 54, ive shopped for decades at various TJ Maxx affiliates, even owned the stock. Purchased a comforter last week, but my existing blanket turned out warm enough. Returning the comforter untouched the very next day, operations manager Nancy said I could only get store credit without the receipt. I work long hours, work out at Esporta at 7pm, dine after 8pm. Typically exhausted, I misplace receipts. Nonetheless, I told Nancy I'd look again. Tonite, I went back saying I'd take store credit, not having found the receipt. But Nancy changed her story, saying she wont even issue store credit, claiming the price tag wasn't from her Homegoods location. As a manager, Nancy has no regrets wasting customer time on a $40 return! I asked if she'd please speak w person stocking linen dept, given the person might remember this item perhaps on clearance and tagged differently. Nancy refused. Top line desperation - to accuse customers of going to Homegoods repeatedly to engineer a story around a $40 store credit??? Superior retail operators can look up purchase date and time, or use my credit card to find the purchase record. Nancy's management is short-sighted. No wonder well-paid, busy baby boomers are shopping at Amazon, or at retailers such as Macy's w better IT and service. I'll never go to Seminole Homegoods again. read more

The selection here is huge! Especially if you're looking for furniture. After searching endlessly for a storage bench that was the right size and color I found one here. Good thing too, they have more than one of several items in stock, so you don't have to worry about shopping around in the plaza and losing the item you had your eye on. read more

This store is always clean , the selection of the furnitures and small house stuff is great- there is no question about that BUT customer service ( especially one lady) could use some training. While I was still shopping I put aside two large planters. The nice lady put a sticker " still shopping" on them- that's was great and she was supper sweet. After 30 min or so it was time to check out, I go to the register and from the very beginning I got an attitude from the lady at the register, she stated that I should have taken large cart so I could fit my planter, or that I should choose register that is closer to the entry so she will not have to go too far to scan the sticker. She pretty much refused to go up to the planters and scan the sticker. I went pilled one of the stickers so she could scanned.Horrible experience, horrible attitude. Next time, I go to HomeGoods I will get her name she really should not be working there. read more
