This time around Was willing to to empty my wallet just to get a running truck again before my sons birthday, with the intention not only to fix the truck but to also upgrade. 3 days go by was asked for things that could have VERY easily been looked up online (manual for truck, which is in full Japanese) so online pdf would have made much more sense anyway? and in the end , was left in the dark for 3 weeks before I had to call and was told "we can't find the parts online" when I already had already located them online within minutes of the phone call being over. I then picked the truck up , asked again the issue with the parts not being able to be located and they basically had no answer for me other than "we couldn't find them online". It could have been a simple solution "do you think maybe you could source the parts for us" instead I got no call or anything, when that would have been totally okay and I could have continued to give them more things to upgrade on the truck. I guess more money saved in my pocket.. The older man who runs the store is kind but the other staff need an attitude check. I wouldn't say stay away from this place but just proceed with caution.

I watched another customer get three packs no problem, but when I asked for the same, I was told the exception was only because they "knew him" and the cards were for his kids (that apparently doesn't matter if they are there or not) to quote what I heard a worker say one-time "doesn't matter if you bring your friends or family and they are there it's still limited to one per person." The next day? The rule was suddenly back in full force for everyone else. So if you enjoy selective policies and a little favoritism with your purchase, this is the place. Otherwise, don't expect fairness -- just a reminder that you're not part of the inner circle.

My partner and I both have alot of hobbies and HobbyTown had an amazing selection of items at great prices. I left with a few Gundam models and Pokemon cards with sets I haven't seen elsewhere. My partner is into dungeons and dragons as well as Warhammer and he left with books, models and a few new game sets. There's a good selection- you won't find everything you want but there's certainly some gems in here. The staff were lovely and helpful. I'd come back here next time I'm in the area.
