Constantly delivers to wrong address. Does not follow delivery instructions. Drivers does not answer phone number listed for them.

We travel in our motorhome at least 6 months of the year,and we use Walmarts for most of our daily needs, including groceries, health and beauty aids, and house supplies. As RVers, we particularly appreciate the fact that most of the Walmart localize us to park overnight for free. We are fans! read more

We drive from Arnold Md to shop at the store in Denton. The people and customers are so much nicer and helpful. The store is very nice and clean. There are two employees there that were so helpful and nice to my husband and I and that is Sherry and No.i hope they are recognized for their hard work and very pleasant attitudes. They are awesome employees. I won't shop at the Walmarts on my side of the bridge they are horrible! Walmart in Denton is our store. Thank you! read more

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. The attitudes of most every employee, including a manager have been just awful. They act like they are doing you a favor by answering simple questions, this is your job. The deli counter is the absolute worst. Very poor customer service, usually one person working (very slowly), always a long line and they give you grief if you want your order shaved. I guess it's too much of a workout for the overweight employees to push the slicer a few extra times. I'm going to drive 30 min. In the other direction to avoid this place. read more

This is one of the smaller Walmarts. Many items I find in most Walmarts, I cannot find in this Walmart. For example, bagged salads, certain potato chips that I like, etc. This store has the basics, and a small variety. If you want a larger variety, you will need to go to a larger Walmart Supercenter. The good thing about this Walmart is that I have never seen it busy, even before Christmas. This allows you to get in and out pretty quickly. read more

This is probably the nicest Walmart I've ever been to. It's relatively new, so that helps. It seems to have great management though because ever since its opening it has maintained a like-new appearance. There's plentiful parking and the store is very large. The only concerns are the typical concerns for most Walmarts such as a lack of customer service and minimal selection later in the evenings. read more

I have moved from Plant City, Florida where there was a Super Walmart. I like this Denton, Maryland Walmart very much. It is clean and bright, the people are always smiling and helpful, If they don't know where a product is they will go and help you find it. Denton is a small town, so when you go in the same store every week you see the same people, you get to know them by name. Coming from a small town to a smaller town, it is nice that everyone knows your name. Keep up the good work Walmart, keep hiring nice and kind and helpful employees. read more

I mainly go here for my vision needs. Always have a good experience when going to get my eyes checked or needing glasses/contacts. I also make it a point to do some shopping whenever I go too. I love this store! Very clean and a lot better than locations that are closer to me. Also can't complain about the scenic route to get there. :) read more

The convenience of a super Walmart combined with cleanliness and friendly, efficient workers make shopping there a pleasure. As a local I am a frequent shopper and am always impressed with the knowledgeable friendliness of the employees. If you ask where an item is they stop what they are doing and walk you to it! If they are not sure they find someone who does. I love the self checkout but if there are too many items in my cart the register cashiers move things along quickly and will generally exchange pleasantries with customers if time permits. The pharmacy is always busy but the pharmacists and technicians are efficient and always available to answer questions and concerns. The only negative is the call in RX renewal line needs tweaking because it is cumbersome to use and needs to be updated.My question to Robert H. from 2014 is he sure he has reviewed the correct store?! read more

My battery would not start my car in the parking lot. Two staff members went out of their way to get jumper cables from their personal vehicle to help me. I really appreciate their assistance. I needed a brand new battery - the car wouldn't start otherwise or take a jump. It is staff like this that makes your company look awesome! read more

This Walmart is always hopping with customers. I find the staff mostly helpful and willing to help (which is hard to find). As many times as I've have shopped here, I'm more pleased than not. Customer service lines are usually small. Pharmacy lines are also usually small. Makes it easy to get in and out with the self check out!! read more

Best walmart i've ever been to! It is clean, doesn't run out of stock, and the employees are happy!

The customer service at this walmart is terrible. The Pharmacy in particular does not think it needs to talk to customers about prescriptions and hangs up rather than talk to a customer over the phone. I normally like walmart, but the treatment I've received today is unacceptable. read more
