About an hour later said it needs new alternator and they would have to oder it. Repair cost $1,500+! I said no repair. I would do myself. They said low mileage/newer vehicle, they would check with Ford to cover replacement cost. Service Mgr said part not in on Friday but replacement would be finished by 6:00PM Monday. I called Monday to get update. Told to wait 10 minutes so he could get update from "technician", (mechanic). I calked back 3 times, Service Mgr not available. Called again about 3:30PM left msg on Service Mgr voicemail I was on my way to get my pickup. Got there 4:30. My pickup hadn't been worked on. 30 minute job! 2 bolts, belt tensioner release, 1 electrical plug, 1 main electrical wire connection hex nut removal. Alternator on front of engine LOTS of room to get to it. 5 high output original new alternator available at local Autozone & Advance Auto parts stores $400-$500 new. Service Mgr said alternator already off my truck, needs new belt. He would personal deliver my pickup first thing Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning calked and said as soon as I paid invoice: almost $500, he would have pickup delivered by 9:30. It is now 11;00 and no pickup delivery! DO NOT TRUST Gary Yeoman Palm Bay Ford! They are unreliable LIARS. IF I could rate ZERO or MINUS numbers .... I will NEVER go back to Palm Bay Ford for ANY REASON. I recommend everyone avoid them.

We had the pleasure of working with Chris Oglesby for the first time, and he was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. This time around we purchased our Cadillac XT6 and once again worked with Jay Jeffers, who made the experience smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. The Cadillac XT6 was exactly what we were hoping to find, and the whole process--from exploring options to driving off the lot--was relaxed and stress-free. I cannot say enough about this dealership, and I've been purchasing vehicles for a long time! Harbor City Auto continues to be a place we trust, and we're both thrilled with our new car and the excellent service Jay and Chris provided.

Jay gave me the facts of the car I was interested in and went out of his way to send me pictures. I never felt pressured. They were able to pre approve me before I came in, so I had an idea of what I would qualify for. The price was fair and I'm happy I went to Harbor City. Jay and the staff were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I drove all the way from Sanford (near Orlando) because I felt I'd get better service- I was right and I'm glad I made the drive.

Buyer and Southeastern Honda customers beware. Honda vehicles are no longer built to the standard…read morethey once were, and the service experience at Southeastern Honda has similarly declined. Despite being a loyal, repeat customer since 2020, I have found that Southeastern Honda does not appear to value long-term customer relationships. I purchased a brand-new 2019 Honda Pilot from Southeastern Honda in 2020 and have consistently returned to their service department for all maintenance. This includes timely oil changes, fluid flushes, and all manufacturer-recommended maintenance and service minder requirements. The vehicle currently has approximately 75,000 miles. Despite this careful maintenance, the vehicle has required several costly repairs. These began with the replacement of the Honda Sensing camera and radar units, which cost approximately $2,300 in parts and labor. More recently, all warning lights illuminated on the dashboard, and diagnostics revealed the need for fuel injector replacement, as well as a timing belt and water pump replacement due to leakage ("timing belt wet"). This most recent repair totaled $3,363. The fuel injector issue is a well-documented problem affecting several Honda models, including the Pilot and Ridgeline. Honda issued a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) and extended the warranty to 10 years or 150,000 miles for certain 2016-2019 Honda Pilots. Unfortunately, not all VINs are included in this coverage, despite identical issues occurring within the same model years....my vehicle being one of them. Knowing this, Southeastern did nothing to try to lower the cost to help. Additionally, Southeastern Honda's pricing is excessive, and there was no effort made to accommodate or support a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars at their dealership. Labor is charged at $200 per hour. While the actual work performed amounted to approximately 4.5 hours (approximately $900 in labor), I was charged $1,774.36 based on "book labor" rather than actual time spent. On top of this, a $90.57 credit card processing fee was added. Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage other customers to consider alternative Honda dealerships and to explore reputable independent repair shops for maintenance and repairs. In many cases, independent shops provide comparable or superior service at a significantly lower cost than dealership service departments. As for myself, I will no longer be giving my business to Southeastern Honda. Overall, this experience has been disappointing and has significantly diminished my confidence in both Honda's reliability and Southeastern Honda's commitment to customer service.
