He was on time and prepared, and his team set up immediately and got to work making my windows sparkle. They cleaned the glass and screens, and left my windows looking brand new. They even detailed the frames and handles around the glass. Before they left, they checked over each window inside and out to make sure that there weren't any spots left behind. My home is on an open acre, so a lot of dirt and grass gets blown around and sticks to everything, but they got it all. They are very professional and priced fair. I highly recommend Sam's business and will definitely be booking them regularly every few months.

I've had cars detailed more times than I can count in my life and NEVER gone through this. All I…read morewanted was my interior shampooed. This requires 4 very basic things: shampoo, water, a brush, a vacuum and NOTHING ELSE. The car LOOKED great until i opened the door and had an asthma attack from the heavy toxic chemicals they used. I don't think they even bothered to do a rinse and vac after they "shampooed" it. I'm so pissed I can't see straight. I have to be trapped in that car for 14 hours tomorrow for a road trip and my choices are now suffocating or driving in 90-100 degree weather all day with the windows down. I want a refund and a rental car. Ever got in a rental car that smelled at all even though they shampoo it after every use?

We were told to pull around and they would fix it but when we got over there the same oerson who checked us in started to complain that the car was dirter inside than he thought. I should come back and get a full detail. I'm not going to back Ever.

I would never suggest this business to anyone. He also works with Toyota in Melbourne, FL. Met him…read moreon a Thursday night and was told by the guy there that he would have my wife's car done first thing in the morning. With me at that time was someone from Toyota and heard him tell me that it would be done. My wife got there and the car had not been touched by anyone. The guy with Toyota was not happy. When I got to Toyota it was around 3:00 pm and the car was still not done. I was PISSED OFF. It took at least another hour to finish, after I told him that he needed to wipe off the extra tire shine (which they didn't) and that the wheels needed to be cleaned. This guy has the attitude of at least a two year old. He does not look at you while you're trying to talk to him, and he turned a round and then walked away from me while I was still trying to finish what I had to say. In closing and from reading some of the other reviews this guy and his company are completely worthless and not trust worthy. I will never go to him or his company and I suggest that everyone else stay away from this company. There is no way I can even give this business 1 star, but I have to so that I can post this review.

Brought the new whip to Explicit to get it tinted out…read more Staff was great and explained the different choices we had after we talked about UV protection and heat reflection metrics. They have a good selection of different levels of tint, with commensurate price points. Went with the Pinnacle for the lifetime replacement for the windows and Stratus for it's 97% heat reflecting and UV protection for the windshield and sunroof. No dark tint on the windshield to be legal. They did my Ram 1500 five years ago and the tint is still looking great. No bubbles fading or anything like that. It is also the Pinnacle level tint. Protip: take the "no roll down" stickers option. We are all human. Also know that it does take a hot minute or day or two or three minimum to get all the water out from under the tint. BE PATIENT!!! From initial quote, where the team even connected via text to have a clear understanding of my tint request, to the after service care, it's been great. The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. I've had zero concerns and it's been great!

He was friendly and reassuring. How good of a job he promised to perform I can't put in writing, but suffice to say I was amused and he was committed! My daughter arranged the appointment with him. He was on time and simply did a fantastic job and was quick. His rates were fair, probably on the lower side. My daughter was thrilled, saying it is as if her car is brand new again. Great customer service, friendly & professional, fair rates and superb performance delivering on his promises. What more can you ask for?
