Dr. Yang does great quality works. The fillings that he did for me stayed in place without any issue. I have the experience of fillings keep falling out from works by other dentists, but it has never happened with Dr. Yang. It wasn't painful at all when he gave me injections during the procedure. It's always a great experience at Michael Yang, DDS aka "the mouth spa"!! It's not like your typical dentist's office, especially that scary dentist office smell which doesn't exist when you walk in. Always greeted with a smile from Mary at the front desk and every technician/hygienist has been a great experience. I'm never rushed in or out, and always leave with super clean teeth and a smile on my face. I've even had Dr. Yang personally call me to check up after a major procedure which is something that has never happened to me anywhere else. Its always so nice & refreshing to walk in to Dr. Yangs office! The staff is always amazing. They are all so delightful, compassionate & always very professional. I am one of those patients that unfortunately loves food & candy way too much, that they all know me by 1st name. From paperless patient forms to text message appointment reminders, Dr. Yang's office is environmentally friendly and technologically savvy. Dr. Yang and his staff are extremely professional and kind. The office staff is very accommodating and easy to work with. Office itself is very nice, recently upgraded, snacks and drinks in the waiting room, and you can watch Roku while you have work done on your teeth (anything to make the time pass is great in my book!). Been back several times for cleanings and fillings and have taken my 3 1/2 year old here a couple times now. She loves it and the staff welcomes her like she's a celebrity. Everyone is great with her (and me) and I just can't say how much I love this office! A year ago I wouldn't have dreamed I'd say I was happy to go to the dentist. NEVER! But I am! In June, my oldest daughter flew in for her sisters graduation, we had a 3 day window to get her in for her cleaning. They worked her in! My family and I have been going to Dr. Yang for around eight years and my experience has been nothing but phenomenal. I have TMJ and he takes care to make sure my jaw is as comfortable as can be during dental work. He listens to my concerns and offers suggestions about optimal treatment plans. Dr. Yang also does phenomenal cosmetic dentistry. I knocked my teeth out when I was 13 and had reconstructive dental work. Around the age of 21, I decided I wanted to re-do my teeth since I was a hasty teenager the first time I got my caps. Dr. Yang completely changed smile with his work. I can't even begin to describe what a confidence boost the whole experience was. (sidenote: I literally had my first date with my husband the day after Dr. Yang fixed my teeth... coincidence?) Love, love, love it here. I'm so glad we switch from our other dentist. The staff here is unbelievably friendly. They are always so warm and welcoming. They really make a point by greeting you by your name. I brought my kiddos there for the first time and my daughter couldn't believe they all knew her name and was able to pronounce it correctly. Most people always get her name wrong. The staff there treated my kiddos great and actually talked to them like real people. My kiddos couldn't stop complimenting them after we left. I always have a great experience every time I come in and I would highly recommend them. I love Melissa...she's the one I always try to book with. Best dentist I have ever been to. I had a major dental emergency today and I called first thing in the morning. Mary answered and she immediately offered me an appointment for later that afternoon. I went in and the staff and doctor are so friendly. He told me I needed a crown and he could start the process right then and there. The anesthesia was local and almost painless when he injected me. I was able to watch whatever I wanted on Netflix while he worked so it went by really fast and I just relaxed. His assistant also super nice and helpful. Then to top it all off, he calls me tonight to see how I'm doing and to ensure that I am comfortable. Then he gives me his mobile number so I can call him if I need anything. Dr. Yang and his team are amazing! I contacted him based on the reviews found here. My mother, who is in her middle 80s, lost her top set of dentures. We couldn't find them anywhere. I called Dr. Yang and he saw her within an hour of my calling. He and his sweet staff were encouraging and so helpful. My mom was anxious and embarrassed. She didn't want anyone to see her. But Dr. Yang and his staff were compassionate and caring and went out of their way to rush the denture order through for my mom. In fact, Dr. Yang personally drove drove her impression molds to the actual denture maker. That was, hands down, an amazing act of kindness. Does not care what the patient thinks. Don't bother asking opinions and very forceful when it comes to treatments. Although he may have courteous staff however, the doctor simple do not care about his patient's. He was a very good doctor when I first began my treatment, however, after the for 2 months of visit, he became really impatient. There are about 2 times where I showed up for my scheduled appt where he left for the day. I was told by the nurse that he had an emergency. No one bothered to call me to tell me not to show up, and I had also drove 12 miles to see him. He did not complete my ortho treatment and simple told me to see another doctor.
