Prior to seeing Dr. Nour, my daughter was terrified of dentists. She has a few aggressive dentists in the past that left her with a fear of all dentists. she would have anxiety just sitting in the dental chair for a routine cleaning. What a delight to write a review for such an awesome dental practice. After my dentist of 30 years retired - and his office taken over by Private Equity :-( - my wife found Dr. Nour's practice. What a huge win. My dental needs are generally modest, but 100% of the staff has been friendly and helpful and super easy to work with. They have handled insurance seamlessly. Two weeks ago a crack in a tooth required a crown - bummer - and as she's preparing the tooth she noticed decay underneath, which requires a root canal (also: bummer). But because she's good at her job, she stopped before exposing the bad stuff, meaning we have plenty of time to address it properly rather than requiring an emergency procedure. Dr. Nour doesn't do these in-house so referred me to an outstanding endodontist (whose quality reflects on her). After the root canal, went in today to finish up the crown. The dental tech had removed the temporary crown and cleaned off the temporary cement, then took X-Rays and I we waited for the doctor. Dr. Nour walked into the room and said - before I even saw her - "We need to remove more cement". Huh? How in the heck do you know that? She saw it on the X-Ray in the 1.5 seconds after she entered the room, which I take to be a sign of deep, deep experience. I want an experienced dentist. My wife and I are so grateful to have such a great medical team looking out for us; we've sent two other family members here as well. Big thumbs up to Dr. Nour and her team. I received excellent care after I called in and reported that I broke my front tooth. They got me in that day and was told I would have an x-ray. When they did the x-ray, they decided to go ahead and start a crown because it was damaged and they didn't feel it would hold up any longer. The office staff and Dr. Nour were very professional and kind during this procedure. The office had up to date equipment, the office was very clean, and they told me what they were doing at each step of the way. Now I am waiting for my new tooth and can't be happier with what they have done. I would highly recommend Dr Nour. I have to update my recent review of Dr. Nour and share my most recent experience. So, in the process of having my 25 year-old veneers replaced and updated, I had to make a return appointment to get another mold of my teeth and have them redone. This was on her recommendation - she just wasn't happy with the initial results in terms of the shape, the fit and the hue matching. She agonizes over the details about such things as much as I do, and I appreciated the extra effort she took to ensure I was satisfied with the end result. What really blew me away, however, was her physically meeting me at the lab that makes the veneers - in some obscure location in Santa Ana - and going in with me to have them personally color and hue matched by the lab owner and technician. There is going above and beyond, but I thought that took it to another level entirely. ..and she and Brooklynn laugh at my dumb jokes...so there's that, too. read more

I was originally a patient of Dr. Warner. He and his staff were excellent! Last year I learned he'd be retiring and Dr. Nour would be taking over. I was a bit hesitant as I've found dentists can be hit or miss. Luckily, Dr. Warner did a great job of selecting Dr. Nour as his replacement. Dr. Nour made me feel very comfortable. I had such a great experience from the moment Jamie the office manager reached out to facilitate all of the pre-treatment paperwork and consent forms. Upon arrival it's like the whole team already knew me (as it was my first visit). Dr Nour and her dental assistant Brooklyn were so on point and timely not rushing any part of the process while constantly checking in to make sure it was a smooth ride. My husband cracked a tooth and a mom in one of my FB groups recommended this dentist. (I was super nervous to refer my husband to another dentist since the last time I sent him to a different dentist, he told me the cleaning was so painful he would just get dentures instead of going back to a dentist ever again.‍) This dentist agreed to see him right away, that same evening as a new patient. My husband came home sooo delighted with this dentist and the entire staff!!! He was so happy to have found a great dentist that he didn't even seem bothered by the fact that he would need a root canal! This was my 1st visit to Nour Dental. The doctor called me before my visit to go over my previous health history. The conversation was professional, polite and thorough. I was reminded of the appointment and welcomed as I walked in the office. The dental hygienist was extremely kind, clean and answered any of my questions. The thing that I won't forget is rinsing my mouth with a hydrogen peroxide mixture for 1 minute and washing my hands before anything got started. The doctor was kind, professional, clean and very clear on what the plan was after examining my teeth and checking for oral and neck cancer. I was referred to Dr. Noir by my husband who was a patient of Dr. Warner's. Full disclosure, I'm a bad dental patient-- it had been over 10 years since I last saw a dentist. Needless to say I was a little anxious for my first visit with Dr. Nour, but I felt right at ease as soon as I walked in. Jamie (I hope I spelled your name correctly!) was extremely welcoming and friendly and Amanda had me laughing so hard I was almost in tears. I felt so comfortable and my dental anxiety quickly diminished. Given my decade away from the dentist, I was in need of a crown and a few fillings. I just had my permanent crown placed and it was such a quick and easy process. There was quite a bit of tooth sensitivity, but Dr. Nour quickly addressed it and the rest of my visit was comfortable and painless. My new "tooth" was perfectly matched and fits right in. Look no further, you have found your dentist. I never thought I'd be writing a good review on a dentist, are pigs flying?! I am not a person who likes the dentist. I actually try everything possible to avoid the dentist, but finally after way too long, I had to go. I am not an anxious person but the dentist does it to me. I was so anxious and Dr. Nour and her entire staff put me at ease. Everyone was so nice and very positive from the moment I walked in the door. That was nice but it obviously didn't take away from the fact that I still had to go through the actual appointment. Dr. Nour was very understanding, professional, personable, and probably one of the nicest people I've met. She explained everything throughly on my X-rays, what my teeth and gums looked like, and what our plan of care was. She also took the time to teach me how to properly brush my teeth. Apparently I've been brushing my teeth wrong my entire life?! I know that sounds crazy but it's true, actually thinking back I don't ever remember a dentist showing me to really do it. So kudos to her for teaching prevention! She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I've never left a dentist office thinking, well that wasn't so bad, until today. I did have to wait a couple of weeks to see her but absolutely 100% worth the wait. I'm very glad I waited the time to find my one in a million dentist instead of being impatient and just going to someone who could see me sooner. She makes us laugh and has such an amazing bedside manner and really cares and so does her staff. That's what makes her the BEST dentist in our opinion.
