This Dental Clinic with the obvious hands on and attention to details is exceptional on the type of care I receive every time I visit her clinic. The office appearance from the front desk, the restroom, and in each dental chair room were very clean and does not smell like a regular dental clinic. Almost everything is contemporaneous in style and designs. It's the only dental clinic that I've to that has Televisions on the ceiling where I can watch my favorite show while my teeth is being worked on. I've been to many offices and I think I've finally found a dental office for good! I had an incredibly positive experience at this dental office! From the moment I called to make an appointment & walked in for my first visit I was impressed with the staff they were so friendly, and welcoming, which only added to the overall positive atmosphere. Gaby helped me on the phone to make an appointment which she was able to get me in same day since I had a little discomfort. I had a little issue with my insurance and she was able to get it figured out for me and call me back quickly. Taty was super sweet and helped me get check in and get situated and fill out paper work before I was called back. Dr. Rudat is really good but who took xrays Gabby insisted on hurting my mouth because i have an extra bone in my mouth... Said she's been doing this alot of years . Ya ive had my mouth my whole life and no one ever did that... Finally she couldn't get it and got someone else to do it right after hurting me about 4 times and acting like im not allowed to express myself... And she's God. Then the lady thao that does cleaning refused to answer a question normally.. i asked how much time it will take her, and what i should tell my ride... She kept telling me an hour and i kept trying to rephrase it and she kept saying that... She speaks English fine... Then she raced through the cleaning and flossed like a wild animal destroying my mouth and did the whole thing in 17 minutes... I had to time it because she refused to give me an answer. First off, I've just got to say that I'm terrified of dentists. I've gone to a very trusted dentist for a long time who had retired. Once he did, I couldn't find anyone I trusted. I have trouble when it comes to being numb and unfortunately people do not believe me when I tell them I can still feel that they're drilling. And instead of stopping and trying to fix the issue, they tell me there's no way you can feel it and continue. Dr Marta Rudat is the best of the best! I explained my situation. She's provided the best care for me. Made me always feel extremely comfortable. Double and triple checking with me with that I can't not feel any drilling and that I have no discomfort at all. She answers any and all questions I have, even while she's working on my teeth. Her assistants are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. John's always smiling & cracking jokes. The ladies that work in reception are always so nice regardless if it's in person or on the phone. Scheduling is extremely easy. I refer everyone I know to come see them! Dr. Marta Rudat is a new owner of this practice. She is absolutely amazing! Gentle hands, very artistic. Her fillings and crowns look like real teeth. She did two crowns, an implant and multiple fillings for me. I didn't feel an injection even once, so painless! She saved my tooth with a procedure that not every dentist knows or implements called "root extrusion". She never insisted or pushed on doing treatments that I would not want to do immediately. Rather she explains what conditions I have and how to fix them and what may happen if we just observe. And then I decide what treatment (or no treatment ) I accept. So we make that decision together! My former dentist retired and I dreaded having to find a new doctor to oversee the care of my teeth. It was a wonderful surprise to find Dr. Rudat and her caring team. During my first visit, I was very nervous as to what to expect. In particular, I didn't want to experience high levels of discomfort or pain. When I walked through the front door, the receptionist greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The sitting area was clean and comfortable, made even more inviting by the smell of fresh baked cookies. Yes! Fresh baked cookies! It didn't take long to have another friendly staff member escort me to a room to do x-rays. While I hardly consider myself an expert on medical "tools" it was easy to see that no expense had been spared in terms of state-of the art, high-end equipment. When I asked a staff member about all the shiny machines, I was told that the doctor wants the best, most exacting tools to provide a comprehensive and reliable dental profile to patients. Returning to the x-rays, the entire process was fast, comfortable and easy. In the past, I disliked going through this process as it typically was unpleasant, causing much soreness. No pain this time! And the same care and precision was used while having my teeth polished and examined. I did need to get a crown replaced. This should have caused my anxiety to go through the roof but Dr. Rudat has the Midas touch. Her warmth and genuine kindness are evident in her work. I really appreciated the fact that Dr. Rudat talked me through the entire process and didn't withhold any pertinent information that might hinder my recovery process. She took the extra time to answer any of my questions and give me peace of mind. The details matter to Dr. Rudat! Even though the new crown is not easily visible, Dr. Rudat wanted the appearance and feel to be as close to perfection as possible. Moreover, she wanted me to feel 100% relaxed and secure with the crown. And I am! It can be stressful having so much work done. Dr. Rudat's competence, compassion and meticulous nature permeates the entire office. When a highly anxious individual like me can visit a dental office and feel relaxed and fully at ease during any process (cleaning, drilling, x-rays,) that speaks volumes.
