She made quick work of the kids pair and had a battery of tools available to get that pair back into tip top shape. This is handcrafted repair that was provided at no cost (we are Costco members). Here's the five star part. I - ran over - my pair of glasses and was convinced I needed to order a new pair. Sidney took this in stride and told me that she could make them good as new. Definitely was not expecting that! True to her word, I came back a few hours later and they were completely good to go. She even did minor adjustments after I put them on my face to ensure the perfect fit. This level of professionalism, courtesy and competence was unexpected and sincerely appreciated. Thank you, Costco, for employing such dedicated personnel and my hats off to Sidney for over and above service today!

Over the weekend I was doing chores that required looking down and noticed my eyeglasses were too easily slipping off my face. I happened to be in to pick up a few household items, saw the optician was in, and asked if he could help. He did immediately, checked how they were sitting behind my ears, and went to make the adjustments. Swapped in new nose pads while he was at it. Excellent service. 2. They have really stepped it up with their "scan and go" feature. The last couple of times I've been there I didn't even have to stop on the way out to have a few items scanned for their stop-loss process. It's so convenient.

Overall I like this location, however often times carts aren't available inside and I have to go…read moreback out to get a cart. Additionally I feel like the customers often leave inventory scattered and it isn't restocked well, lots of displays especially the clothes are often a hot mess. My vision including salty old men (like old meatcutters) who knew alot about fish and could advise me. THere was another woman who could speak with us. We picked two different fish, which we grilled, and were excellent. I had their smoked salmon about 6 years ago at a party (my first smoked salmon experience that didn't come from a freezer sealed bag) and loved it. We got more and did a side by side comparison with Wohlners smoked salmon. For our palates, Wohlners won hands down. The fish is good, which I guess bottom line is most important. Atmosphere and selection left something to be desired. And it would help if you speak spanish.
