Fleet feet sells great quality running shoes including brands like brooks, hokas, adidas and more. They also have running gear, sun glasses, shirts, leggings, vests, you name it. The main reason for my visit today was to get insoles for my shoes since I have high arch's. They have technology for customers to stand on to help find the right insole for you. Vikki did an amazing job helping me find what I needed. She had me try on a handful of sizes and brands to make sure I found ones that I was satisfied with. She also explained the run club to me since I had questions about it. Thanks to Vikki for outstanding customer service. If you want to take running seriously, I strongly recommend coming here. The value and quality of their products are worth the money.

Also purchased leather conditioner for my favorite leather coat. My family has had many items repaired at Ole's: clasp repaired on my favorite leather purse, restitched my husband's favorite messenger bag, new insoles for my Birkenstock sneakers, inserts for my son's work shoes. I had an emergency just after 5:00 p.m. when I discovered one of my tires had been sliced by a razor blade. I was certain my tire would have to be replaced, which would have completely disrupted a trip I was taking with my grandchildren. Nathan Watson, my service advisor and the owner's son, immediately stepped in to help. He and his team took the tire in, repaired it, and had me safely back on the road in no time. The repair was exceptional--good as new. Most tire shops would have simply sold me a new tire, but Nathan took the time to find the right solution instead of the most expensive one. Their honesty, integrity, customer service, and willingness to go above and beyond are exactly what every business should strive for. They truly saved the day and allowed me to continue making memories with my grandkids instead of spending the evening stranded. If I could give Pit Crew Tires & Accessories 10 stars, I absolutely would. They've earned a customer for life, and I highly recommend Nathan and the entire team!
