He is a cool cat under pressure. Outside the Pharmacy area, the store is clean and maintains organized aisles. When you go down the candy aisle, it looks like a tornado hit. It is hard to find your favorite Candy bar when you need to satisfy your sweet tooth. There is a lot of room to improve my favorite aisle of the store. When it comes to customer service, I see a lot of unwelcoming customer service representatives. I see angry and sad facial expressions. It is like they all drank the same poison and they regurgitate bad attitudes. It is unfortunate to see this when it used to be a fun place to pick up a few things. Everyone smiled and greeted me with a fuzzy welcome. I kind of hold the management accountable for the decline of epic leadership. They are nowhere to be found. I only see them when a problem surfaces. They need to regroup and create a culture that drives customers to the store. Making each customer feel good about shopping there would be a foundation for molding an atmosphere of the "Wow" experience. It is not all bad. There are a few good apples that give you the ultimate customer experience. One customer service representative stands out and her name is Penny. She knows frequent shoppers by name. When I see her glowing face, I know I will be treated like royalty. It is a feel-good feeling you get when someone says your name. With that being said, I believe in second chances. Building a happy culture for the employees I believe they will create the "Penny" experience!
