Fleet feet sells great quality running shoes including brands like brooks, hokas, adidas and more. They also have running gear, sun glasses, shirts, leggings, vests, you name it. The main reason for my visit today was to get insoles for my shoes since I have high arch's. They have technology for customers to stand on to help find the right insole for you. Vikki did an amazing job helping me find what I needed. She had me try on a handful of sizes and brands to make sure I found ones that I was satisfied with. She also explained the run club to me since I had questions about it. Thanks to Vikki for outstanding customer service. If you want to take running seriously, I strongly recommend coming here. This place is great. They always have knowledgeable staff members that are willing to help. Their pricing is always spot on and they have an excellent selection of shoes, socks, and other running accessories. Additionally, they do a great job of supporting local events and charities. I had a great experience working with Amanda. She was enthusiastic, genuine, friendly, and you could tell she really knew the shoes well. It's clear that she has a passion for running. The store itself has a nice selection across several brands. I would estimate that there are at least 20 different running shoes for both men and women. The process of finding the right shoe is very cool. First, you step on a platform that measure your feet (width, arch height, etc.) then your gait is analyzed to determine pronation. This gave me confidence that the shoes I would be trying were selected my specific needs. Next, I tried on several shoes. Amanda was very good at explaining what to look for in a shoe and how it should feel. She also had me compare different shoe and insole combinations which really helped me nail down the perfect pair. I had a great experience and I could tell that the staff is happy to help you whether you want a quick visit or would rather take your time. I will definitely be back! read more

A fantastic running oriented store where it is clear that the customer is first. Their running shoe selection is top notch, and of they don't have it in stock, or the color you prefer they can order it for you. They also have an excellent rewards program. They also have an excellent array of supplements, and running related products. My only complaint is their clothing tends to run a bit more towards the female crowd with a much larger selection for the ladies. The mens selection is a little sparse and I struggle sometimes to find sizes in the XL range. But overall this is an excellent store for runners. read more

What makes a local store successful in the Amazon dominated marketplace, is service coupled with personal knowledge. I came here because I had been running in the same brand/model of shoe for the past 10 years. Have had some injuries that have changed my running gait. Jack spent the time to make sure my shoes fit by using the electronic foot analyzing machine and the video feedback. He showed me things I didn't know about my own feet. I ended up buying 2 pair from him as the brands fit differently for different running needs. Looking forward to putting some miles on these shoes and going back. read more

Great staff! I have been looking for a comfortable pair of work shoes for over a year. Sam at Red Dirt helped me find the perfect pair. I went in this afternoon and was immediately greeted by a girl behind the counter. I ended up getting helped by Phoebe, who totally knows her stuff about running gear. She asked me what kind of running I was into, and told me all kinds of information about my feet based on the scan they do in-store (which is super fun to do!!). She asked me what kind of shoes I liked the look of, and came back with like 6 boxes of shoes. She helped me try on 3 different pairs and asked me how I felt about each before helping me make an educated decision on what would be best for my feet- with the guarantee that if I wasn't stoked on them, I could get a full return within 60 days. I had an excellent experience with Red Dirt Running Co. the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They had me in on the treadmill, and measured my feet to make sure my shoes were great for me. They were very patient with my trying on several different shoes with and without additional insoles. They seemed genuinely concerned about me getting shoes that were right for me. The shoes have held up exceptionally well. I went into Red Dirt thinking they would sell me the best shoe for my foot. First the sales lady brought me a shoe 1 size smaller then what I needed. I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe. we went up a size and she said how do they feel. I said ok I guess. I bought them because I had heard great things and thought they would know best... Many group runs that are free throughout the week, led by various staff. Specialized training plans & race specific help classes are also offered for a fee. I have heard such great things about this company so I gave them a chance. I had an excellent experience intially and it all went downhill from there. Kalan was more than wonderful. She ordered me shoes from another Fleet Feet store and let me know they would be mailed to me in 3-5 business days. A week went by so I called the store. The woman on the line couldn't find my receipt and wasn't sure when they would arrive from Brooks. I asked when she thought they would be in and was told "probably next week." I was puzzled when I got off the phone as to why Brooks was mentioned and not another Fleet Feet location but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Another week went by and still no shoes or communication from the store. I went in and checked on them and was told by management that they couldn't find my order slip and that they hadn't been ordered at all. She then aplogized and told me that they would be in Wednesday (2.5 weeks after my order was originally placed). I left politely without sharing my frustration. Wednesday rolled around and I called to check on them. Turns out they wouldn't be in until Friday. At this point I did express my frustration with the same manager regarding poor communication. She told me there was nothing she could do about it, suggested I take my business elsewhere, and argued with me about how much I had paid for the shoes at one point in the conversation. The next morning the owner emailed me without ever talking to me regarding the situation. She said she felt the team relayed the updates regarding my order to me consistently. I told her I had not received a single call from anyone there. She then replied that her records showed they had and maybe had the wrong number on file (I wrote my information down 3 times for the store). She also informed me my shoes were being discontinued by Brooks. I checked up on this information with Brooks themselves only to find out that information is entirely innaccurate and they are actually coming out with a new version. I ended up going into the store (just under 3 weeks after my order...still no shoes) for a full refund as I took my business elsewhere. I made sure to check the phone number on file and turns out they had the accurate phone number. I never received a single phone call and the entire situation could have been prevented had they communicated with me. The experience was unpleasant and I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. read more
