My teeth started hurting, and I needed a lot of work, so I looked and finally found Dr. Wolter. His staff is so welcoming, and they make you so at ease. His assistant sat next to me and patted my hand, always asking if I was ok. Dr. Wolter would ask if I was ok and never once hurt me. And I had ALOT of work done. 2 teeth pulled, never bothered me after I left. There were lots of fillings, and he even remade 2 teeth. Instead, they did imaging and told me they wouldn't replace my filling unless I first paid over $3,000 for a deep cleaning along my gum line. The office manager claimed it would be "unethical" to fix the tooth because bacteria might get into the filling -- something my actual dentist later confirmed was simply not true. I also tried to contact the Regional Manager, Nicole N., after she sent an automated email asking about my visit. I replied three times but never got any follow-up at all. To top it off, weeks later I received a bill for $163 -- just so they could tell me they wouldn't help me. Very disappointed in this practice's priorities and lack of responsiveness.
