Instead, they did imaging and told me they wouldn't replace my filling unless I first paid over $3,000 for a deep cleaning along my gum line. The office manager claimed it would be "unethical" to fix the tooth because bacteria might get into the filling -- something my actual dentist later confirmed was simply not true. I also tried to contact the Regional Manager, Nicole N., after she sent an automated email asking about my visit. I replied three times but never got any follow-up at all. To top it off, weeks later I received a bill for $163 -- just so they could tell me they wouldn't help me. Very disappointed in this practice's priorities and lack of responsiveness. Would not recommend.
