I had an experience here that raises concerns about their billing and scheduling practices. About 24 hours before my appointment, I received a text stating that if I did not confirm the appointment, it would be cancelled and I would be charged a $75 fee. This was surprising because their stated policy is a 48-hour cancellation window. For additional context, I had previously declined to sign their policy regarding fees. I did not confirm via text--but I did show up on time for my appointment and received services as scheduled. Despite that, the office communicated that failure to confirm could result in cancellation and a fee, which does not align with their stated policy and doesn't make sense given that the appointment was ultimately kept and used. This creates an uncomfortable situation as a patient: Policies appear inconsistent (24-hour confirmation vs. 48-hour cancellation) Fees are referenced even when no appointment is missed Expectations are not clearly agreed to The clinical care itself was fine, but the administrative and billing approach makes it hard to trust the process. I'm very DISAPPOINTED from Start halfway thru my IMPLANT SURGERY!! 1)They called me and Literally hassled me about $9 that was my part to pay after Insurance for my consultation . 2) The Day of my Surgery I NEVER ONCE SAW my Dental Surgeon. I went under Sedation and Didn't see him Afterwards either. I'm not sure WHO did my Surgery. 3) I was taken home and Grateful for my Husband who answered my phone because I was still under the effects of the sedation. WELL they FORGOT to give me something about longer sedation or something to that effect. They asked my Husband to bring me back to the office . Someone came out the car and gave me shots in my mouth and sent me on my way!! I'm so DISAPPOINTED with the treatment I got for such a very costly procedure. Examination rooms some of the cleanest I've seen in any doctor's rooms. Reception office staff on top of their game. All were helpful. Dr . Wolford and Dr. Dave very took care of my dental issues in a timely manner. They were direct with assessment and medical procedures. No questions went unanswered. Need oral surgery? Dr. Dave is a go to Dentist. Dr. Wolford easy going and spent the time in helping me get through the process of my dental needs. From initial examination to extracting 8 teeth to partials that fit. Both worked well together in getting me through. Their dental assistants worked well together. They were all empathetic. Yes ,as young as they were all did their jobs in a very professional manner. Thank you all to the staff and Doctors . By the way, financial office worked with my insurance company and kept me informed. read more

Myself and family were patients for almost a decade and have watched the decline of service in this office. From being billed incorrectly to complete inability to just listen to their patients. Communication is severely lacking here. The office manager has absolutely no customer service skills. After being completely dismissed about an infected tooth that then landed me in the ER the office manager offered zero apologies. Arrogantly insisted without speaking to the Drs or the people who I dealt with at the prior appointment that I had to have a consultation even though the Dr doing the work already looked at everything and said I didn't need to do one. I have been as understanding with the many changes over the years as I can be but this last experience was the straw that broke the camels back. Very unfortunate as we really enjoyed this office before all the original staff left or retired. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that cares and doesn't treat you like just a quota they're trying to fill. read more

I was in massive pain due to a Wisdom Tooth and they got me in as soon as possible and were so gentle. I'm terrified of needles and during the steps to put me to sleep they took that into consideration and made me feel safe. Highly recommend. For every 1 star there are 100 5 stars! Hour late being seen...referred from a sister office in Shiloh and the dentist didn't even look over my chart. He has no idea why I was there, yet I was told he was the only one who could do the type of extraction that I needed. Very rushed through the whole process, no 'chair side manner' by anyone. Would not recommend if you need a little TLC from your dentist. This was an awful experience. read more
