I've had nothing but good experiences here. Staff is friendly and the office is run efficiently. I've never waited for longer than a few minutes in the waiting room and I have been coming here for five years. In my first visit to Dr. Kellerman he took about thirty seconds to correct a life-long cosmetic flaw that I had in one of my front teeth. He did not bill me anything for it nor make a big deal of it, but it greatly improved my smile. It made me wonder why none of my previous dentists had considered it... Highly recommended. read more

Title: Verbal lies, predatory contract violations, and daily collection harassment. If you value your family's peace of mind, stay far away from Kellerman Dental. My daughter went in for a custom mouth guard. Dr. Jesse Snyder left the treatment room to "check with her insurance" and returned explicitly claiming they would pay half. That was a complete lie. The insurance plan ultimately declined the claim due to standard frequency limits. Instead of taking accountability for their false verbal confirmation, this office secretly reverted to a massive $1,000 retail cash price--completely ignoring their binding managed-care contract. Kellerman Dental is an in-network provider with Delta Dental. According to our official Explanation of Benefits (Claim 202620232132000), her network maximum legal responsibility was capped at exactly $371.00. My daughter went above and beyond and paid $425.00 the very next day on March 13 (Transaction ID o50iot1). She completely satisfied her legal obligation on day one. Despite her overpaying, their incompetent billing department completely failed to track her payment and forwarded a fake balance to a collection agency called Capital Accounts. For weeks, this collection agency harassed my daughter, my wife, and myself with daily phone calls. My daughter has no cell reception at her workplace and literally had to take days off work just to deal with this nightmare--which was made nearly impossible because this office completely shuts down on Fridays. When we finally bypassed their reception and forced them to look at our actual credit card transaction statements, the office manager (Katie) casually emailed us admitting it was a "posting error" on their end, that they are canceling the collection, and that they actually owe us a refund because she overpaid. There was absolutely no apology in her email for terrorizing a young patient's credit profile. They didn't even offer to waive a separate $98 office visit fee as a basic goodwill gesture for upending our entire family's lives over their financial incompetence and misleading enrollment tactics. They lack basic operational integrity. Avoid this practice. read more

I came to them for an estimate for a lot of work. They took a lot of pictures, cleaned my teeth, took every penny that both my insurances would give them and charged me personally after that was gone. I left uncertain about what exactly I was charged for. I had the work done somewhere else. After some kind words of apology I took my review down and went back to them. I realized I could have been mistaken. I was not. They convinced me to come back, I had my teeth cleaned, and after both of my insurances (they stack) Kellerman Dental says that I still owe them over $500. Considering everything, I can't help but assume this is personal. I'm not certain what I did. read more

My first and last time at Kellerman Dental. I had significant amount of work done September 19th. I do love that they can do everything in one appointment, plus Dr. Wen was very patient with all my questions. However, I had Brittany add the second insurance December 12th. (Note I had both insurances when I had the work done, I didn't know they accepted my primary until later.) Brittany said she sent the claim to them 12/12/24. Insurance said they didn't receive everything to file a claim until February 25th (If you quick math that it's 2.5 months which is absolutely ridiculous). I was calling Kellerman and the insurance companies multiple times in between to try and get the problem resolved. After not hearing anything again on March 12th I called insurance and I took care of sending confirmation of benefits myself. No one reached out telling me what needed to be done, I just had to keep calling everyone to make sure things were progressing. I believe this company has grown too big too fast and they don't actually care about you after the work has been done or the billing department just sucks. Either way it's flat out bad service and I highly DO NOT recommend. On top of all the madness and run around they put me through, they also lied to me when they said they wouldn't charge my card. So thank you Kellerman you fucked with my credit as well. Do not trust this company. read more

2nd visit to Kellerman dental with many more to come. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work and have had many poor experiences but Kellerman dental has exceeded my expectations. The staff is phenomenal, a very welcoming atmosphere, smiling faces even at 7am, they also make sure to thoroughly explain the details of your care plan & offer several options to accommodate your pockets+ The office is nice and clean! I stand by Kellerman Dental 100% -I have dental coverage but I'd rather pay out of pocket to be treated here rather than anywhere else. 10/10 read more

This is the best dental office I've ever been to! Dr. Kellerman is such a gentle dentist! The staff is very nice and friendly. I am the type of person who gets very afraid when I get procedures done but Dr. Kellerman and his staff help me to stay calm as they do the procedures, they always explain what they're getting ready to do and things you should expect and if something is not going the way it should they'll make sure you are as comfortable as possible! I would recommend this dental office to anyone who is in need of any dental procedures. read more

We left our previous dentist after almost 15 years because of billing issues. We loved them, but I was tired of paying out of pocket after the service. Kellerman Dental's office was very nice, the staff was wonderful from the moment I walked in all the way to the getting my filling (which is the part I hate! but who really loves getting their teeth drilled). They were very accommodating and made me as comfortable as they could. They even verified everything with my insurance prior to treatment, so no surprise billing. So glad we found them. read more

The service I received at Kellerman dental clinic was the best I've ever been treated at a medical or dental appointment in my entire life! They go out of their way to be friendly and make you feel welcome and special! Not that it's second fiddle, but the dental care itself was outstanding! Dr. Kellerman is thorough and adept at his craft. Their facility is state of the art. It's hard to explain, but due to Dr. Kellerman's personable way and the entire atmosphere, It was the best dental experience I've ever had, and I've lived in over 15 different cities. So I've seen all kinds of clinics as I have moved frequently. If you are looking for a new dentist, I couldn't recommend this place enough!! read more

Had a painful cleaning experience that lead to a sensitive tooth that lead to a root canal that lead to a crown that may not make the pain go away, which will lead to the loss of a tooth. They performed a procedure that they said was not covered by my insurance and did not disclose this to me. They were high pressure and aggressive when I had specifically said I did not care to be rushed into any work. They were non-responsive when I argued the bill, and my insurance said they were not even billed for the procedure where they supposedly performed on root areas around my molars, and the procedure seemed haphazard, at best, and it was very painful, not to mention, perhaps damaging. I will not return to this place. If you try them, don't let them rush you into anything. read more

Have been a patient here for several years. My daughter got her braces here and teeth look beautiful! Every person in the office goes over and above to ensure a great visit every time. Today I had to wait 10-15 minutes for my appointment and they gave me a $5 Starbucks card for my inconvenience. This was completely unexpected especially since I didn't even wait very long. I am always extremely pleased with the quality of work I have had done there and it has always been pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Kellerman. read more

I came to Dr. Kellerman about a year ago in extreme dental pain from a specific tooth and my teeth over all were not in great shape after years of avoiding the dentist... blame a hectic paced life style ... also if I am being honest.. some fear of the dentist! From the very start I felt both comfortable and at ease... they strike a great balance between professionalism and personality, I feel... it's definitely a very friendly environment but you are at the dentist afterall.so the professionalism is comforting too... All the staff are friendly and amazing... I really enjoyed the several hygienists-technitians I had Nicole and Whitney as well as Dominique, who recoginized me and spoke to me whether I was a patient she was seeing or not... always appreciated! And then there's Dr. Kellerman, whom I can't say enough nice things about... his work as well as his personality are impeccable! He made me feel like we were in this thing together working to improve my teeth... I never felt fearful only encouraged... and he nor any of his staff made me feel bad about my lack of previous work being done like I needed...they are my team working toward my dental health! Clean office, concerned staff. Had been a patient for 3 years or so, A lot of work done. More than once the estimate I received was less than what I was charged when I checked out. The last time I received another bill in the mail When I E-mailed office I did not receive a response for app three weeks. After posting a not so good review and calling the office finally responded. They put me on a non-active patient list without my request. They did look at the billing again and started proceedings with the insurance company to look the the bill again. While this was going on I received a letter about a disagreement in the review. When I did not change it in a two week period I received a threatening letter from the Dr. attorney saying if I did not immediately change my review they would possibly seek a restraining order, sue for damages, liable, etc. They re-submitted the bill the insurance company which the insurance then paid. I will not return after receiving such a letter from an attorney. read more
