She removed a temp crown i had for about 3 years with no problems and replaced it with a crown that did not completely cover the base of my tooth- my exposed tooth has cavity and i'm not sure it can be saved at this point (have appt w/another dentist). She repaired my chipped front teeth and they look horrible- not to mention one of them has a cavity above the part she replaced where she grinded it down (to adhere to porcelain) because she did not completely cover it with the porcelain. That will also need replaced. And she messed with another tooth w/temp crown and now i have pain there also. What a mess. I had all the work done fairly quickly before I noticed any real damage. Save yourself the headache and find a different provider. Would give zero stars if available.

Dr. R. struck me as a bit of an oddball when I first met him--almost overly cheerful. Over time, though, that demeanor seemed to fade. I never felt like my dental needs were truly being addressed; it often felt more like my teeth were being prepped for future repairs. Then came a visit where he told me I needed a root canal on a healthy tooth. At the time, I didn't question his opinion, but I had my doubts. My understanding is that root canals are typically necessary when a tooth is significantly compromised. At my most recent visit, a molar cracked, and I immediately had that sinking feeling: "root canal." I was right. When I told him I wasn't on board, he simply stood there tapping his foot, waiting for me to give in. I told him I would be seeking a second opinion--and that's exactly what I did. My new dentist confirmed that a root canal was not necessary, as the tooth was still healthy. Unfortunately, that experience caused me to lose all trust.

I have nothing…read morepersonally against the business, but am disgusted with how flippantly they are choosing to make my 80 year old mother wait for her denture. The denture needed a tooth. They sent it to a lab which promptly returned it back to them the NEXT day. I've gone to other places where they would call you in immediately to get the denture back. I found out they would not see my mother for another almost TWO WEEKS. The doc insisted he wanted to see my mother but won't be available until then. He wants to make sure 'it fits'! A perfectly good denture is collecting dust simply for a fitting. I told them my mom can't chew without it. THey didnt seem to care. I asked if we could use it JUST until the doc would see her. THey said no but didnt explain why. I am disgusted with them. Take your denture work elsewhere where people actually CARE about their patients.
