Not only is he incredibly skilled, he is also a low key comedian, which makes a dental appointment feel surprisingly comfortable and relaxed. You can tell how much he genuinely enjoys interacting with his patients. He treats everyone with care, respect, and attention, and yes, his Virgo energy absolutely shows in the best way. The staff is equally phenomenal. From the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienists, the entire office is welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. The women at the front desk are engaging and organized, and the clinical staff is thorough, gentle, and professional. It honestly feels like a dream team. I have had several services done here including cleanings, a crown, and a cavity filling, and I have zero complaints. I never felt pressured to do anything. I already knew what I wanted to prioritize, such as replacing older silver fillings with white ones, and the approach was always collaborative and respectful. They remember me when I come in, their technology is very up to date, and the ability to text the office makes everything so convenient. The entire experience feels modern, personal, and well run. I live in DC and travel outside of the city to come here, and it is absolutely worth it. I cannot recommend Dr. Han and his entire team enough. Incredible care from start to finish.

The dental office is spotless, modern and uses the very latest advanced Tech for dentistry. My family member reffed me to Dr.Han, and I'am extremely impressed by his outstanding interaction with patients. Dr. Han is incredibly knowledgeable with great sense of humor . He takes time to explain every step clearly and makes sure You feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Han genuinely cares about his patients, always has a positive attitude making the visit so much more enjoyable! The staff are incredibly professional and friendly. Great staff that explained how the laser surgery worked, and helped me through every step. Prompt when I came for appointments, they worked with me and my insurance, and were completely professional in every way. Doctor Smith is a true expert in his field. Clean office, great with working with you, and the laser surgery worked without the discomfort or recovery period that standard surgery takes. Also, they told me what it would cost, and then didn't nickel and dime you, you pay the price, and then the follow up visits are covered. Wish I didn't need it, but wish I knew about this treatment before I wasted thousands of dollars on Arestin. Thanks!

Unfortunately, the experience with the Waldorf office staff was the opposite. From the beginning, the staff repeatedly told me that my insurance would not cover the exam and tried to push me to pay out of pocket. When I attempted to pay, their card machine was not working. I agreed to pay over the phone later since I did not have my physical card with me and usually use Apple Pay. I was also told that the procedure I needed would not be covered by my insurance. When I left, I was given what I thought was my receipt. Shortly after, the receptionist called and informed me that she had accidentally given me another patient's receipt that contained all of their personally identifiable information. We agreed she would come by my home to pick it up and provide me with the correct receipt since she lived close by. I was told the fee would be waived because of the inconvenience. However, that same fee was later processed and paid by my insurance company -- the same fee the office said would not be covered. Afterward, I called my insurance company about the other procedure and learned that it is actually covered at 50%. When I called the dental office back to ask them to submit it for pre-approval, the receptionist was adamant that she was not submitting anything to the insurance and insisted that I get confirmation in writing from my insurance first, as if submitting a claim would cost the office something. Dr. Smith himself was great, but the front office experience was frustrating, inaccurate regarding insurance coverage, and concerning given the mishandling of another patient's personal information.
