Overall, I have very positive things to say about this salon based on my most recent visit. I…read moredecided to try a new color stylist because I felt my previous stylist wasn't fully understanding the look I was trying to achieve. I scheduled an appointment with Bre, and she immediately took the time to understand my vision. She asked thoughtful questions to make sure we were on the same page, which I really appreciated. The color turned out exactly how I wanted it, even though I came in with a lot of ideas and suggestions. She also did a fantastic job with my haircut. I wanted a V-cut with layers that would remove some weight from my hair while maintaining length, and she delivered exactly that. The biggest downside is the cost. This salon is definitely on the expensive side, and there seems to be an additional charge for almost every service. I ended up spending over $500 during my visit. While the results were amazing and Bre was worth every penny, it's difficult for me to justify that expense on a regular basis. Realistically, I could probably only afford to come back once or twice a year for touch-ups. That being said, if the pricing fits within your budget, I highly recommend giving them a try. The quality of service and results are excellent. My first experience at the salon was less impressive--I only got a haircut with a Level 1 stylist, and it wasn't cut or layered the way I had requested. This visit was a completely different experience. I will definitely be booking with Bre again!

I had to stop on the way back to the hotel and buy hair products so I could wash and do my own hair. Overall, the worst salon experience I have ever had in my life. I honestly think they should refund my money and pay for the products I had to go buy.

I didn't know until I was checking out and somehow the conversation went to the fact I still had a lot of dark beneath my hair she didn't touch yet because "she didn't want me there for hours" and that we'd do it next time? I've been a blonde my whole life. I expect to be in the salon for hours. I was there for three and thought that was record timing and then realize why. She didn't do the whole head but charged a full. It's just dishonest and a way to make more money off your clients. Say it's a full, charge a full, get tipped for a full, yet it took you only three hours so now you can fit in more clients in your day? And the place is not cheap, without tip, or cut or style it's $294... For that reason I did not return. I think that's a disservice to your clientele. And if you're charging me a full and not completing a full highlight than that's robbery - dramatic but true. And obviously dishonest...
