An example would be her ability to aggregate the Specialist's records and then question me about Agent Orange exposure. An extremely valuable insight. Also, she's well-regarded by her colleagues and coordinated care well with my Cardiologist after an Acute MI. Finally, when it really counts and I need to see an MD urgently, Dr Balloch and her staff accommodate me. That's really critical...I simply cannot get that kind of responsiveness with her caliber of knowledge elsewhere.
