I was very glad to have found Dr. Weiyang (Stanley) Su this year after a co-worker recommended him. He was very helpful in my first visit and gave me a referral to a specialist who was able to cure the problem. More recently, I appreciated that we could discuss my concerns about a prior diagnosis and prescriptions from a prior specialist. Dr. Su really listens to what you say, and seems genuinely interested in the problems being described. I felt I understood my health problems much better after talking with him. That is so important to me--to feel like an active participant in my health care and that the doctor--although he is the expert--is also working as a partner with you in your health care choices. It may sound like an obvious goal, but in my experience, it is not easy to find this kind of doctor. Dr. Su very patiently answered my questions, and I appreciated how he clearly explained the pros and cons of my various options. He also asked two very important health-related questions that no other doctor had ever asked and then, based on my answers, recommended a follow-up screening that was very helpful. I feel very confident in Dr. Su and fortunate to have him as my primary care physician. read more

I have been a patient of Dr Su for many years. When I think of how important he and his staff are to me, I realized I should convey this on Yelp. The first person you will talk to when you check in is Sarah, a wonderful and friendly person, who has faxed me my blood work results when I needed it and is just an all around good egg. The next person who will call you in is Stephanie, and she has never ever not greeted me with smile, then weighed me. She is a nurse who takes my vitals and does a brief history of my reason for my visit. She is now a believer of "the Farmer's Almanac" too! When you start out with Sarah and Stephanie, both friendly, courteous and professional, you know it's going to be good no matter what. Ok, Dr Su, the best Doctor I have ever had, and all around good person too. I have had some medical conditions, blood work issues that needed treatment, nothing serious though, cortisone injections for muscle and tendon strains, referrals to specialists, and medications for ailments due to old age. Dr Su goes right to the problem, never hesitating to treat the condition now, or write a referral to a specialist. Dr Su is a dynamic professional, who laser focuses on the condition, then deals with it now. I have never had a doctor who is so effective in dealing with any medical issue you bring to him. He is also a gentleman, a warm and personal professional who will give you all the time you need to talk about your issues. He always wants to know how I am doing, and I know he means it. Because we both have some similar interests, we always seem to get into a conversation apart from the reason I came for. What an amazing man and Doctor. Went for a physical exam in July 2017 and then October for a gynecological exam, which I double checked with the doctor and she confirmed it's covered separately and wouldn't be billed twice. However, one year later they still kept sending me bills about the second visit. Contacted my insurance and they told me they used the wrong code. Simply change it to gynecological exam. Tried to contact their biller, no answer. Then called the office and was told to send them a copy of the bill. No reply after the email. Then several month later, the bill came again. Finally the biller picked up the phone and told me the doctor's office put it as a physical check. I then called the office again and told them I double checked with my insurance that they just need to put the correct code as "gynecological exam". However, the office stuff called me back saying they can put the second visit as office visit. Then again, I told them they should put the code as gynecological, but amazingly the word still didn't get through their minds. After another 15 min wait on the call, they say they can change the first as office visit and the second as physical exam. I really don't know what's wrong with this office.... stay away from it!!! read more
