The doctor made me feel like I was just another thing to mark of their checklist, rather than listened to or cared for. She entered the room by asking "So, what are you here for?" no warm welcome at all! Instead of reading my test results back to me & explaining them she recommended I join a workout class. I left the appointment feeling like I wasted my time, without receiving any real medical guidance or support. She seemed to know a lot about a wide range of things both traditional Western medicine and Holistic. She asked me about my allergies. I'm allergic to so many things, including being chemically sensitive to so many pharmaceuticals. She said that there's a treatment for cat allergies that is out of pocket and spendy but works. I'll be doing traditional bloodwork and allergy panels to get a current update. She likes that I'm already on Dr Gundry MD and Dr Amy Myers MD supplements and that I'm on A2 milk. For non dairy alternatives she recommended Coconut Milk over Oatmilk and Almond Milk she said to use unsweetened. She likes that I'm doing red light therapy but says it's not a substitute for exercise. She plans to put me on an exercise routine once my foot heals. All sounds good to me.
