So, a few deets in case you ever need Viejas Lost & Found: * Security is located on the Outlet side * The office is near the food court and colorful fountains * Call before you make the drive to confirm they have your item * Security is open 24 hours * Lost items are only held for 14 days Picking it up was fast and painless. I showed up, signed for my ID, and kept it moving. Five stars, two snaps and a plié for whoever turned it in, and for Viejas Security making the process ridiculously easy.

The arcade has changed and been updated I do like the older one better with the ticket system. I'm old school like that lol They still have the bowling alley but sadly a couple staples are gone now. The Toy store which was my favorite is now gone. Also the lingerie store which was across from it is also gone. I think they were both here since the beginning. KFC has been replaced with a burger place but we do like the Wetzlers Pretzels and the coffee/candy store!! We love the weekends with the kettle corn! It smells so good. We always get two bags to go. I do hope they get a new toy store soon. We'll be back for sure.

He manages to imprint the majority of it in your brain leaving you going home confident to apply what you learned in future first aid situations. Stephanie was very valuable, assuring a smooth transition between drills (which she participated in) and all the paperwork involved. I read some pretty awful reviews about the customer service here, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I hustled in with my normal jovial jive. Mike kindly greeted me and led me to exactly what I thought I was looking for, Cobian sandals. While Cobian's weren't at all it for me (too tight in the middle of the foot), as I browsed Mike perfectly balanced providing support/giving me product knowledge with allowing me time to try things on slash check things out. In other words, anytime I had questions, which I had quite a few, he was there, but not in a hovery way. He informed me of other products, but really only when it was appropriate. As soon I tried my first pair on, Mike let me know where to find the nearest mirror. I knew I was leaving the store with sandals today, and Mike made that experience a breeze-no hiccups, no funny business, just excellent customer service. Have been contemplating getting my 2nd ear lobes pierced for a while and with the mix of reviews lately with "piercing shops" around San Diego has made me feel uneasy... however all my uneasiness vanished when I felt how dedicated and comfortable the employee made me feel. (I forgot her name but she had double piercings in each ear and worked 2.20.22, her name was not on the receipt) I watched her sanitizer everything and then proceeded to complete the questionnaire and release. Picked out my earring choice (anything from stainless steal to 14k gold) and chose rapid (so I can change it in 3 weeks vs 6 weeks) - it is a bit more but not much considering its 3 weeks less! I did witness everyone else helping customers, as the streets was busy and then everyone watching while they patiently waited their turn to get their ears pierced. She took her time and asked me to make sure I would like the placement, and you could tell she wanted it perfectly even... she even apologized for how long and that she just wanted to make sure it's even. I was content and wanted to make sure it was even too! Would highly recommend, it is safe, easy and great customer service! Not to mention the aftercare she went over it with us, and had me do the process in front of her. Provided instructions that even include a section about masks with a "check-off calendar" - which is perfect for me and I hung it up in the bathroom as a reminder to clean it everyday. Don't forget the 20% off anything else in the store the day of your piercing only!

The people in front of me had 4 , so I asked her if I can go and she refused. Even though the group of 4 said they will wait. If the people of 4 wanted to wait till there was 4 spots available, why would you refuse the 1 person when you had 2 spots available and my family was inside already. Hmmmmm Bad bad bad bad service I hope the management reads this.
