I schedule appointments at the earliest possible available time so that I can get to work. I had an 8am appt today, and was in the waiting room at 7:55. I walked out of the waiting room at 8:20. There were no other patients, and staff was present. If you cannot respect my time, you will not continue to get my business. I know that this is not an unfortunate series of events for just me, as my wife has had similar experiences with multiple appointments in a row being cancelled or rescheduled due to poor staffing levels/scheduling on their behalf. While we have had zero issue with Dr Blakely, the operational management of this practice is severely lacking.

They made the insurance part easy and took care of the details. When my teenager got in the chair, the team who was treating them was amazing. Very thorough and intelligent. The dentist was very matter of fact and explained every detail of what the past treatments had done to cause the pain. He then told my teenager that root canals were NOT needed. Williamsville Office: I just got my immediate or temporary…read moredentures which were made excessively large, I had to go to the Sheridan Dr. office for help and even the doctor there said the overbite was 3 times larger than it should be and will need to be replaced so this will be interesting when I go back on Monday. What I really want to point out is how rude the staff is, they had called the morning of my appointment for extractions and said the doctor was not coming in that day, my husband said I had already taken the week off from work and the woman on the phone said " you're taking a whole week off for an extraction?" It was my whole mouth full of teeth being extracted. So they scheduled me in for that day with another doctor who didn't even know that all the teeth were coming out, then after I was completely numb from the infections a woman came in and said the price was adjusted and would be higher from the original quote (which I never received). This also was not the first incident with the office staff having a smart mouth, seriously I would have lost my job if I ever behaved that way, they really need to get rid of the rude women there which I'm sure has cost them customers. Depending on the outcome of my appointment on Monday I may end up going somewhere else.

Kendra, Hannah, Leah, Dr Nigalye.. etc. The office is beautiful and clean. Modern and homey. Bathroom is clean and comfortable as well. A menu with choice of Refreshments are even available. The exam chairs were shaped/designed to support your back when lying down. I thought about bringing a pillow for under the knee support for day of surgery but of course I forgot.... good thing I didn't have to. As soon as I saw the chair and sat back in it, I was relieved knowing I wouldn't wake up with my mouth AND back in pain. After surgery, I was sent home with a care package that included: ice cream, a wrap around the head ice pack (life saver and is typically $15 on amazon), chapstick, electrolyte water packets, hand lotion, tea, oatmeal, applesauce, syringes of aftercare gel, several papers with instructions to get you through recovery and I think a few more items Im probably forgetting. My friends & family all said they have never received a care package from where they went for the same procedure.... i was also safely walked all the way out to my husbands truck by a staff member. This office truly goes above and beyond. 2 days after my surgery, the office called to check on me and I thought that was very nice, too. Overall, I cant say enough good about my experience here. I am so happy my dentist recommended this place to me and I will be sure to recommend it to others.
